I haven't had this washer that long, but I'm very happy with it so far. It is very quiet. It works great, and it seems to be using a lot less water than my old washer. You do need to use the Deep Wash + Add Water modes to get the water to completely cover your clothes. This might not be necessary, but it makes me feel like my clothes are getting a full and complete wash. Even doing this it still uses a lot less water than I was using before.

a little difficult to learn how to use this washer but after a few loads we now feel comfortable with the controls washes clothes well and we have not had problems with it.. i will mention that it requires us to have a step to reach to the bottom of washer to get our clothes out ( i am 5 foot 2 and cannot reach bottom of washer tub to remove clothes without standing on a step} short of that we are happy with the way it has worked so far...delivery and set up was good but i might point out that although they charged us for new hoses they actually used the old hoses and did not credit us for the hoses that they did not use.

My wife and I bought this washer based on the good reviews it received on a variety of sites. Also, we purchased a similar model for our daughter last year and she had good luck with it. My wife spent some time reading the owners manual before using it the first time and learned that our wash needed to be separated by weight of fabric more than just color. It also had to be loaded differently than our previous old-school washer. Clothes come out clean and nearly dry after going through the spin cycle. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and hope the machines lasts for many years.

Love it! Tub is super roomy and holds my queen size comforter with plenty of room for sheet and pillow cases. Easy to use. Love, love, love this washer!!

You MUST run it on Deep Wash if you have pets, or the animal fur will just settle on top of everything when wash is done! I wouldn't have kept it if I hadn't figured this out, because my front loader didn't have this problem. (The front loader had a mildew/smell problem from water not completely draining, though- so a decent trade off.) Works fine, cute musical tones when wash is done!

My wife is really happy with this washer. That one has a big capacity for clothes and smart functionality to wash, It doesn't make any noise too.

Very pleased with this purchase which included installation and old unit removal. The LG is very easy to use. Also very quiet. It only uses the absolute minimum amount of water

washes well love the music feature to let you know your load is finished. You can was multiple size loads. even a king size comforter as well that was a plus.

Big roomy can pretty much handle everything i can throw at it. Clothes clean when cycle is finished. King comforters are washed all thru

It was delivered on 4/2/21. We wash, on average, 3 loads of laundry a week. I put in the last load of the day in the washer and started it up. Later, I came down to check the dryer and saw the washer was 'done'. I looked in it and saw it had a tub full of towels and water. The panel was dark, so I don't know where it stopped. The lid is locked, so I cannot open it to get the towels out. So, after 44 days since delivery, the LG washer has quit. Called the Geek Squad and have to wait 10 days to get someone to come and fix it. Was advised I might want to call LG to get a quicker response. I did and they have NO repair people in my area. I live near a major city. They will escalate my call. Not very happy.

So different to have a mashing without the agitator, but I love it!! The capacity is huge!! Can finally fit my king size bedding in the washer AND the dryer!

I was so grateful to have this delivered so quickly. It’s pretty quiet and gets the job done. The compactor is huge! I am able to wash my king size quilt without any issues.

I FINALLY UPGRADED FROM THE STANDARD TURN KNOB AND PULL... THIS IS A FUN AND EFFICIENT WASHER. THE SIZE IS GREAT, ABLE TO WASH A FULL WEEKS OF CLOTHES IN 1 LOAD. LOVE IT!

Easy, quiet and so efficient specifically with energy and temp control. It assesses the true volume of clothes and will adjust the time of washing.

This washer was a excellent purchase and is a lot quieter than our old washer. Clothes come out almost dry from the spin cycle thus less time in the dryer. Saves energy.

No complaints. Quiet, gets clothes clean. Pay attention to settings. Only had it for 3 weeks but very satisfied.
