I had a previous version of this machine and didn't like it much and so was hesitant to purchase this one. The previous one finally started leaking water and coulnd't be cost effectively repaired. It seems that they have worked out what I didn't like! It now fills with more water so that you don't have to keep rinsing and spinning. YAY! It gives you a a water plus option. A big selling factor was the rebate which did require some paperwork but came and has really made this purchase worthwhile.

Loving this washer. Super quiet and washes well. Plenty of options. I had Best Buy install and they were super easy to work with.

Have had about a month and no complaints. Works great. It takes a bit to get used to with all the bells & whistles, read the manual. Good capacity and functions. Very happy.

Still on the learning curve for this. Clothes seem clean after washing, but hardly see water in tub as it washes. ???? Manual is not that explanatory in how this works. I am short and need a step stool to get things in bottom of tub. Got this large capacity for king size bed linens, didn't consider getting to bottom of tub!!

I love my new washer. It is very easy to operate and clothes come out clean. I would recommend LG products. I have several and they are very reliable.

It’s huge! Everything smells so clean. Lost my other washer in our fire and this washer is a treat. It’s fun to watch it go through it’s stages too.

Yhis LG washer lives up to its description. We washed extra small loads to large comforters without issue, plus it is quiet.

Once you understand how to use it, it is fast and easy. Large capacity is great for comforters, towels, jeans etc. Cleans great without using too much water.

Works like a charm. Washes everything from the comforter to just a load of towels. Setup for WiFi and able to see on your phone when laundry is done.
