Our objective was to replace a 10 year old washer that had become quite noisy, although it continued to function. The tub mounts on the old washer had become rusted and worn and the timer was touchy. . This washer was only a hundred dollars more than the estimate to repair the old one. We chose new and are very glad we did. The LG is very quiet, and spins very fast thereby spinning out the wash water much better than the old which allows shorter dryer times. It has a very good balancing system which contributes to lower vibrations and quiteness. Love the new washer.

Love this washer. Simple to use. The features on these machines are easy to adjust Compared to my old machine, this one is so quiet.

I have used my new LG washer several times now and I am pleased with its large capacity and many washing options. I am still learning which options are best suited for my needs and how to arrange items in the tub to avoid unbalanced washing. I have had to pause the wash cycle several times to readjust the contents or push the item down into the water, and have on one occasion noted dry spots on sheets when washing ended caused by air trapped inside and not rotating down into the water. Although there is a learning curve I am mostly happy with my purchase.

This washing machine has a very large capacity. Easily washed my sons queen size comforter. Gets clothes really clean. Easy to work.

Very pleased; only two weeks old but huge capacity and variable cycles exceed what I need. No criticism at all; though the WiFi (not really essential) works on 2.4 gig, whereas my home system is 5 gig. However aside the iPhone alerting me to when it's done versus the chime I can hear anyway, it's one of those efforts to put everything on the 'net. Sure in a 2-story house that's probably a useful feature. The point is this is a great machine and I'm pleased to have gone with a top-loader rather than front-loader (water consumption is not an issue in my case).

The washer is very easy to operate, it has a large tub enabling me to wash my quilt that I was unable to do on my previous washer.

Ive never bought a new washer before so I tried to make the best decision. Im pretty satisfied and impressed with this washer. I can fit comforters in there where as before I was having to take them to the dry cleaning cause I was too lazy to go to the laundry mat. I like how there's different settings and I can sync to my phone and see when my laundry will be done. Ive always known about agitators but I wanted to try the non agitator and im glad I did! works amazing! :)

Cleans exceptionally well. Quiet. Lots of cycle selections Caution if you are short!! I am 5’2” and need a step stool to reach the bottom!

Have not used all the cycles to date, but the cycles used are efficient and like it determines the amount of water needed. Very quiet machine. The only issue I have found is you need to open and empty the detergent drawer as it holds water after washing a load. Only need to open and pull the detergent insert out and the water drains. The Graphite Steel color is a nice change from the typical white appliances.

Comforters and sheets are no problem in this huge washing machine. Quiet operation, we are very pleased. Best Buy in Chattanooga is awesome!
