I've only had my LG washer for about a month, but it gets everything clean, and holds a LOT of clothes. I'm very happy with it.

Fit the same space previously occupied by a much smaller 3.5cu ft machine. Huge difference for family of 4. Mainly using Cold Wash and happy w results.

Very easy to setup/install, great quiet machine LG really did great on this unit, I highly recommend if your in need of a new waher

Loads of room, quiet. My only concern is having to pull the drawer out for detergent - if this will wear out sooner rather than later. Otherwise I love it.

What I love most about this product in the room in the drum for comforters. It's very quiet, and I love the music it plays to let you know the cycle is complete.

Nice overall layout. Large Capacity Drum. Cleans Great and is quiet while it does so. Wi-Fi Built in alerts you to when the wash is done.

It's been two weeks so far it's great! Clothes come out clean and cycle not long as some reviews have written. Did I mention quiet. Good buy for price.

I like this washer so far. The tub is huge! My clothes seems to be cleaner. You just need to remember to hold the start button and listen to it lock.

I have this since july in combination with the dryer combo . works perfect . and easy to use . the only thing that I can complain is the smart thing . honestly you need to left the washer on in order to start the watch . in other words you can't left the clothes in the wash and left the house and turn on by phone . you need to left the washer on in order to do all the smart things on the phone (that will be waster of energy ) you can turn off from the phone but not turn on . but honestly who needs to turn on a watch machine from the phone , the important thinks works great and has many configurations for the wash .

Great washer, capacity, variety of settings, and just as I was told that it does not get out of balance and shake. Had a Samsung that was only 5 years old that could not be cleaned of soap build up under the drum. Samsung had no answers except to tell me to call a Samsung Rep (which is hard to find) and when I did they were going to charge me $90 to come out, but when I told them what it was, they said they could not clean/fix it. So I cancelled it.

We replaced our 3 yr old chronically broken Bravos/Maytag with this washer. Much better machine. So far so good and much quieter.
