Big loads reduce amount of loads, high speed spin cycle reduces dryer time. Tub is very deep so step stool needed to get to bottom. Having no agitater is gentle on clothes

This washer is easy to use and has the capacity I need.

This washer replaces one that was 15 years old. Technology has really advanced. Clothes come out clean and I can tell the spin cycles really get the moisture out of clothes. The only thing that bothers me is I can’t get use to the lower water level. But as long as everything comes out clean it doesn’t matter to me.

I like it very quite and good looking washer. Huge capacity now it's one load when on my previous washer were two loads.

My LG 8 cycle top loader does a good job washing and even handled a queen size down comforter. I have yet to figure out how to make it spin only.

I love the size of the tub. It has washed several king comforters in the past few months. The display is a little hard to understand at first. I found a youtube video on this specific model and that helped. It cleans ok. My past washer had an agitator, so I was used to my clothes always getting clean. But this one does a good job for no agitator. The downside is if you are a short person, the tube might be too deep. It's good for me.

Much more quiet than my older samsung washer. deeper cleaning as well. Mobile app is a nice addition to have.

Love it! Easily handles all our king size bedding. It's very quiet. Haven't downloaded the phone app yet but plan to soon.

Quite washer, does a great job washing clothes and then notifies your phone when the load is complete.

Previously we had a top-of-the-line Electrolux front-load washer and drawer. All of the bells and whistles including steam. After a few years of multiple service calls and a never-ending moldy smell in our laundry, we sold those appliances and bought this LG set. We have had it for 1 month, and I am very satisfied with this purchase. Both the washer and dryer are very quiet and perform as expected. I love all of the various settings and there is no moldy smell! Would definitely recommend!
