Got this along with matching dryer after the Samsung washer turned into irreparable wobbling metal mess. It does a slight learning curve but that's what the manual is for. Swallows a very large comforter with ease. I couldn't wait to start doing the laundry which surprised the hell out of the wife. After a month of trying to repair the Samsung and a few nights of letting the clothes air dry, I ordered the new LG set and paid Best Buy to take the useless Samsung with them. Consumer Reports gave it a good review.

Loving this so far! I can fit any and everything in it! It's so much quieter than what I had! All the cycles I need! Great purchase!

Top notch unit - does a great job washing clothes. Very quiet.

Has a very deep tub. Fits a lot of clothes. Seems to get clothes very clean. Only thing I miss from previous washer is steam cleaning and a dispenser for Oxi Clean.

I love this washer, the settings, the way it washes, the technology and the amount of clothes that can be washed at one time.

Since it doesn't have an agitator you can do really big loads. It spins the clothes well so that drying time is shorter.

U can wash so much and it comes clean. Great for blankets and rugs and literally everything go ahead and try it for yourself

We replaced our washer with this LG. After researching several brands, we decided on LG. We have always had a machine with an agitator, so the absence of one in this LG was something new for us. We had to refer back to the manual for operation initially, however, it proved to be fairly simple. We tutored everyone else in the house on its use, so it's been a great experience so far. The clothes are clean and the spin cycle removes the water from the clothes very well. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Nice machine. Really cleans things well. Love that it’s so quiet. I like the quick was setting so it doesn’t have to run for an hour!

The large size is what I initially wanted, but all of the other features are what sold me. Being able to track the time left on wash cycles, having Alexa start or stop it, and having different custom cycles you can download to the App that you can use for different things, and the ability to talk to the dryer and have a pre determined cycle already to go on the dryer. The price tag is a little heavy, but I will never complain about doing laundry again.

Super washing machine. Very easy to use and very efficient. Senses amount of water needed to wash based on load size and soil level. Very quiet. The first time I ran a load, I had to keep checking to see if it was running it was so quiet. Comes with several preset cycles, but also allows you to modify all presets. I highly recommend this machine.

Excellent washer it dase a great job of getting clothes clean and the tub is big enough for my comforter this was a good buy

IMO, this unit was a little on the pricey side. We went with another LG unit as our last one served us well. We wish this washer had the slits on the top at the handle like our last one (it made it very easy to add extra fabric softener when needed) The machine automatically adjusts the time and water based on contents inside. We have not yet learned how to use the wifi functions. This machine is a little louder than our last LG but it does the job.

Large Capacity and washes well. We are very happy with this washer . Very quiet and plays a tune when completes wash.

So pleased that clothes come out so clean. It’s nice to have unit that can hold larger items.
