I was looking for a gray top load washer but they were too expensive. I get this one for a really good price! is a really quiet washer except for the music at the end of cycle wash (is kind of funny the music). I'm really happy at the moment but I get the washer since november, so only one month. Let see in a couple of years!

Awesome washer, runs super quite and when on high spin can't even tell it's running.

A little louder than I expected but the spin cycle really dries out the clothes making the dryer work less hard! Clothes smell cleaner!

I have been using for about a month. Capacity is hugh! I use the steam cycle for whites and bedding but it is EXTREMELY lengthy - indicated for bacteria and allergens, notably dust mites. I'm happy with the flexibility of being able to change default settings to own preferences, add water to the water level, the six movements of the impeller which helps agitate the wash. Its washing ability is a great improvement over my last front loader. I would recommend LG (highly rated) and this particular model.

Great app integration between the LG ThinQ app the washer when connected to WiFi. Easy to add as a device to the Google Home app. You can create your own cycle in the LG app and select the Download cycle on the washer, which is unique. App sends a monthly email with usage stats like number of cycles, etc. If linked with Google Home, you can ask to find out how much time is remaining on the current cycle.

This LG washer is a very nice washing machine and does a very good job of washing both small and large loads of clothes and other items like bed spreads. Getting used to a washing machine without a agitator takes a little time though<g>. I find myself just staring thru the lid sometimes marveling at how it works. It was a good purchase and no regrets. It does take a little time to get used to programming it for items you wish to wash.

Quiet, easy to operate, can handle large blankets/bedding and works better than advertised.

I debated between this washer and a front load. I ended up with this one because it is large enough to wash my king size bedding and it fits in my laundry room with no issues. Also front loaders have problems with the musty rubber ring. I am happy with this machine so far. Only issue is sometimes I feel like things twist up and dont agitate enough because my loads are too small.

I love my new machine! I can get a larger load in and it runs quietly!

This washer is a big upgrade from my last one. The only negative thing is the washing times most regular loads take 1 hr and 40 minutes. The express wash is 29 minutes. Some of the functions won’t work like using hot water on an quick wash. It’s convenient that you just add cloths and it senses the load size. Also the WiFi feature is nice on letting you know when your loads are finally finished. Whites are vibrant and cloths are not stretched and shoes can be washed with laces not wrapping around everything.

Generally speaking I love this washer. Most everything is easy to control. My only complaint, or confusion, is how little water it uses. I am new to this style of washer but the water level doesn't even cover the clothes and I'm unsure how to raise it. Again this may be my ignorance though because the clothes still come out clean...

Great washer, turbo wash, a music note after the wash is done, super efficient and gets your clothes washed clean, I love it.

Very nice washer - a wide variety of settings and is even programmable for that one laundry load that needs an unusual group of settings. The tub is huge - perfect for bedspreads, pillows, etc. I haven't set up the LG ThinQ app yet, so i can't comment on that....soon, tho. I will admit that using so much less water for a load is taking some getting used to. Old habits die hard. But I like the efficiency of it.
