A great washer. No central agitator to twist clothes and damage fabrics. High capacity, yet uses less water than traditional washers. The first unit we had delivered was defective — it washed clothes, but emitted a deafeningly loud squeak each time the drum rotated. Called the Geek Squad, and two days later Best Buy came down and replaced the defective unit with a new one that has worked perfectly ever since.

Love this washer, does such a good cleaning job and is very quiet. I recommended it to a friend to buy.

The size of this unit makes it perfect for washing larger items, like comforters, yet it is also very quiet while operating.

My last 2 washers were Samsungs and both died after 9-10 years of doing an average of 1-2 small loads per week, so I decided to try an LG. I've only had it a few weeks, but so far I am very pleased. It is much quieter with far less vibration than my previous washers, and it automatically adjusts the length of the cycle based on the size of the load.

DONT BUY THIS MACHINE! This is worst washer machine in my life. I bought this machine just 6 monts ago. I have lots of problems with this machine. It takes water non stop. After it washes, it fills up the whole tub. This is a really bad machine. The customer service is very bad. I called them, but they didn't fix the problem or give me my money back.

I tend to withhold judgment until I've had something for a while. So, this is just a first pass review. The capacity is impressive. Beyond the generous drum size, I think the lack of a middle ... er ... stalk, that we're so used to seeing in top-loading washers makes it seem even larger. I can't say anything bad about it, so far. So, we're pretty happy with it.

The washer works great and our clothing seam to work fine. Bestbuy delivery was free which was nice but driver backed super tall truck into our cable line to the house. All he had to say was sorry. I was able to fix myself so not too upset. Our washer ended up having a bad pump and failed the initial startup test. Bestbuy was great and scheduled a return and new washer delivered a few days later. 2nd delivery driver was much nicer and even stayed while we hooked up new unit and made sure the pump works. Also wifi has been a little hard to get working. Wifi signal was strong but had to delete and setup a couple times including deleting and reinstalling the app on my iPhone. Now it seams to work fine and is nice to know when the cycle is done by getting a notification on your phone. This is especially nice for us since our unit is in the basement. Bestbuy also had the best price free delivery and we got a $350 Mass Save rebate.

I put in more items than with any other washing machine I had. Works quietly and effectively. Very pleased with results.

This was quite the upgrade for me. This machine can hold so much and is easy to work. Very happy with my decision.

This machine has turned out to be fantastic! I throw my clothes in, adjust my settings, hit start and forget about it until it makes the little noise it has completed. I love that it self adjusts the time for the wash depending on the size of load I am doing. Plus, this machine is so quite, I hardly know it's running. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

We replaced our Kenmore Washer after ten years with this LG so it would look similar to the Kenmore Dryer we still have. The two look very similar. This LG product works great. The tub is large and the clothes come out well washed. The Two Delivery Men were just terrific. They delivered three products in an efficient and careful manner.
