Great washer. I highly recommend. It’s well priced and affordable. It has the option for deep water wash unlike other “efficiency washers” which wrinkle clothing and destroy delicate fabrics. It’s quiet and efficiently cleans clothes. I truly love this washer!

I had a Maytag that did not seem to run properly from the day I bought it. This is my first machine without an agitator so I was skeptical about how it would get my clothes clean. After my first use I was impressed, after my third or fourth load of wash I decided that I love this machine!

LG washer gets clothes so clean and plays music when cycle is finished. So easy to use! Junior and Dante were excellent!!!! They were friendly, arrived exactly on the day and time they quoted me and were expedient at setting up appliances and showed me how they work. I Love these guys!!!

The wife is happy so I'm happy. Very spacious and quiet.

We are learning. The new technology & method of cleaning works well. We are adjusting, clothes are clean. . The first washer’s tub was so deep that could not reach clothes on bottom of load. Best Buy replaced it with a smaller size w/o a charge. By the way Best Buy delivery service was great both times (two different crews).

This washer has a very large capacity and very easy to use.

I was really hesitant about a washer without an agitator in the drum, but this washer has been great. So many cycle options, handles big loads, fun chimes signal the end of the cycle... I've loved it since I got it months ago. The buying process from Best Buy was less than ideal, but the item itself has been lovely.

Super easy to use and doesn't make any noise while washing

We bought a LG top load washer and it's been a perfect fit for us. We replaced an old Kenmore Elite washer with a lot of bells and whistles we didn't really need. This washer provides all of the basics you need to do your weekly laundry in an absolutely gorgeous package. Seriously, the graphite steel is worth a few extra bucks. A definite pro to this washer over our previous one is that the tub in this one is ginormous. We can easily fit two of our previous loads in one load with our LG. A con is that wash cycles do seem to take more time. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and with the fabulous treatment, from delivery to price adjustments, we've gotten from Best Buy. Only place to go for new appliances.

Works great. Capacity is far greater than the previous washer. Only issue is when you’re washing blankets or a bunch of towels it’s so sensitive to being off balance that it won’t finish the cycle and you need to manually adjust the load or remove a few articles.

I think this washer is the lower end of the newer models. Doesn’t do anything fancy. The price was reasonable comparatively speaking. I bought this due to the old set dying after 20+ years of uninterrupted service. I do like the glass top to evaluate my wash and how it locks to wash. I like the huge drum so I never have to go to laundromat again. Can do all my own bedding etc. being so large it is not recommended to run small loads. You have to wait until you have a decent size load to run. It set up ez, is ez to move and is the same size and look as my old washer. My clothes are clean and do not appear worn out due to no agitation. I am happy with my purchase and hoping it lasts a looong time. I have not set up wifi yet. Seems silly but will do it to see the hype. Had a near 5 star rating at my tome of purchase. The Best Buy team was great! On time, cordial, professional, fast and made sure everything worked before leaving so they were there an hour or so. Highly recommend Best Buy, LG and getting the Geek Squad extra plan for just in case!

Washer works great, delivery and install sucked, enjoying the larger size
