Great washing machine. It's quiet and cleans well.

Large tub that works well. We went back to a top load this time and one challenge is for a shorter person it may be hard to get small items at the bottom out. It’s also a bit louder with the water slashing around. The large tub enables us to wash comforters which our prior front load couldn’t hold.

This washer does a very good job. It is huge for just 2 people and sometimes I have to stand on a stool to remove the last few items because I am 5'2" and can't reach them. But I like that everything comes out of the washer so well drained that they dry quickly in the dryer.

Does a good job cleaning laundry. Holds a large volume of clothing.

This is my first washing machine without a center agitator and I love it. I use a mesh bag for my bras and they were always a tangled up mess among themselves and the bag with my old machine. Now they come out of the bag the same way they went in . . so nice and easy. I do add Water Plus to my washes . . I'm not quite used to how little water goes in for a wash. I like the water to cover the clothes, despite the manufacturer saying it is enough. You will notice that changes the setting from a "normal wash" to a "deep wash." I usually use "speed wash" since my clothes do not require an hour to clean and they come out just fine. I don't like that you cannot use "hot" water setting with speed wash . . it will lower it to warm water. It's a great size for washing a queen-size comforter. While the musical chime is nice, I can't hear it when I'm not close by, so I've been using a baby monitor to hear when it's ending. I could connect it to my phone but I choose not to. All in all, I have gotten used to the programmed cycles and I would recommend this washing machine.

This thing is great and wow can it wash a lot of clothes at once. We’re able to throw our big blankets in here that we used to have to take to the laundry mat...no longer. Our last washer was a front load because that was the rage but hated having a front loader...glad to be using a top load again.

Fairly simple to use, good capacity, & way quieter then our Maytag used to be!

Clean cloths no problem.I have not had any issues so far, only had for about a month and I wash a lot.I only noticed knocking if the cloths are not balanced and you can hear washer while running not to loud but you do know it’s running.

Works great! I like how it doesn't have the middle section like my old washer. It's seems much bigger. The detergent goes in the tray instead of in the water. It also has wifi which tells you when your laundry is done if you're in another room. Would recommend!

I purchased this high efficiency washer to replace a 27 year old machine. The old machine was still functional but I wanted a unit that uses less water. This new machine almost cut the water use in half. The old washer would leave white streaks on dark clothing. There are no streaks on clothing washed in the new dryer.

Great washer! Read instructions carefully. Lots of options to consider when using. For the most part normal wash default settings work fine. We do not run super large loads, so I expect some trial and error with the amount of HE detergent and water settings might be needed Overall, very happy

So, initially, I absolutely loved this washer. Ran super smooth and quietly. But then I washed 3 king size pillows and somehow it started making a terrible rattling and knocking noise. So I removed one pillow because I noticed it was pushing up against the lid. But it continued to make the same noise. Read the manual says to call if it's not loose change making that noise. I call geek squad (I bought the protection plan) and they tell me to call LG because it falls them first o_O. I call LG and they say, we'll send someone out but if it's not a defect then you'll have to pay. I'm annoyed because at this point I've only had it for 4 days. I go to Best Buy with the intention of just replacing it and they direct me to call Geek squad again. Long story longer BB ultimately replaced my washer since they couldn't get a LG tech out but if a few pillows can knock it off then I'm not so sure about the quality. Only time will tell.

Cleans well, love the large capacity. It washes my king comforter with ease. It is noisy, however, just like Consumer Reports said. We are in a ranch home with a laundry just off the hallway behind bi-fold doors. We hear every time it changes gears, every time the water turns on and off and some other noises. I'll be keeping it because it is so hard to find in-stock appliances during this pandemic. It is undoubtedly the noisiest machine I've ever had...over 40 years. It has taken some adjusting to remember to put the laundry detergent in the compartment in the back, too. The bleach compartment is in the front left corner, so it takes a little extra carefulness to not splash bleach on the clothes I'm wearing. It does perform well.
