I love the size, but it can leave some clothes not completely cleaned. I have to use detergent, softener, in scent wash boosters, dryer sheets. Just so I know they will smell clean. For smaller loads works like a charm. I love my washing machine.

Money well spent, thus far. Thorough wash cycle and it's not too loud. Glad I waited for the sale price also. Haven't utilized the Bluetooth feature yet so I won't address it yet. Hoping to get many years of service versus the 5 yr old Maytag that it replaced.

l love the new washer machine because it has great features and handles large amounts of clothes. This has a timer and this is more updated than the last machine we had. The last machine was small and couldn't wash any of my comforters but this I could wash my comforters.

We had our old one die on us. We went in and found this one, and knew it was the one. Large load size, super quiet, and plays a little tune when it is done. Delivered in 3 days, and the old one was hauled off. This is a great unit, and we will be back for the dryer!

I like this washer a lot. I like all the setting and different options for the water temperature. I wish it had better settings for remote start of the washer but I guess its a safety issue. It is big and holds a lot of clothes so I don't have to do as many loads. Overall a good washer.

It's a workhorse that has done a terrific job cleaning clothing, dog beds, comforters and anything else I've thrown in it. I could not be happier with it.

Good washing machine. Fairly quiet and the normal wash mode is the best one. We did see lint when we used the bedding mode. However we did bedding mode with normal wash mode and it was way better because of turbo mode. Overall happy with purchase.

1st washer without an agitator. You get more room. I would like a machine that has a detachable one. For some reason or another, in my head a top loader cleans better with an agitator. I think it’s just a mental thing.

This washer does a great job. It is very sturdy and does a great job of cleaning the clothes. It has been rated well by the repairman that came from our last washing machine. It cost more to repair that one than to purchase a new one.

I got this about a month and a half ago. I really hope it holds up because I am pleasantly surprised how much I like it. The drum is very deep and wide and holds a lot! I love that I can see through the lid and although the clothes don't move around much, they do move as much as my previous washer "with" the agitator. The water amount is sufficient, on occasion I do opt for the deep wash, but I don't use as much as I thought I would. The clothes are clean so that is the main thing. The "only" thing that could be improved is the making the display brighter after turning it on. I'll admit, I have it in a dimly lit garage, but the lights go out except for the select button. I have to put a flashlight on the display to see what I am selecting and if I need to change anything. "And" the thing I am most surprised by that I LOVE is the WiFi sync!! I love (especially because it is in the garage), that it notifies me when the load is done!!

LG is a an unexpected surprise the appliance category.Super efficient washer even measures the clothes weight to add water accordingly! Detergent use has gone down substantially compared to older machines. So do check it out and see that it is a quality product.

Great looking machine. High tech. Big tub. Not good for soiled clothes. It would work for light duty. I ended up trading it for one with an agitator, tub is a bit bigger too.

Happy with our new units and working great. The only reason why I did not give it 5 starts is because there was an extra charge for what side you want your dryer door to open up on. Which I just think that's silly, small gesture to make a customer happy. Otherwise I am happy with the purchase.

Our front loader died the day after we ordered this washer. Delivery was excellent, had 12-4 pm slot, called at 12 and told me would be there in 15 min, and they were. Set up washer and put thru test run. I did my first load after. This is an excellent size, with just the right amount of options to run. I was looking at the next model up, but for the extra money I wouldn’t use all those features. I have well water and need a washer that doesn’t use excessive water. This model works great, my laundry room is next to my kitchen and I could hardly hear it running. Really like the tune when run is finished. Saw that LG’s got best rating in CR.

I personally like enough water in tub to cover clothes. The add water feature is what I use. Agitator is strong. Can't believe how big the tub is. You can put a comforter in with no problem. Very happy with this product

This is our second LG top loading washer. The first one was great so when we needed to replace it we bought another LG. After 4 months of use for a family of 4, it stopped working. The repairmen found a small metal charm in the motor. We were told there isn’t a filter on the top loading washer to catch small items like this, and they said they see this all of the time (along with change - dimes, pennies, etc). Apparently the front loader has a filter on the motor. Just something worth noting. They didn’t charge us for the visit this time, but it is not covered under warranty. Also worth noting, the top loader doesn’t have a way to drain if your washer stops working with water in it. We were told the front loader does.

I have only used this washer a half dozen times. Doing the laundry is so much more enjoyable now. I suggest you read your Manual before use. It is Easier to use than it looks. If you don’t have a Manual, go to lg.com to find it. Go to laundry and find your model, go into specs and then manual and downloads.

I love the the smart App it’s easy to control and convenient. The cycles are quiet and the appliance is sleek in design. For the price compared to comprable machines I feel like a winner with my pick.

This washing machine has not disappointed! Works differently from other machines I’ve owned so was a bit of an adjustment. Selects its own water level which is a new technology to me. But cleans well and spins out the water very completely.
