Crazy huge compared to my front loader. I was hesitant on the 5.0 cubic feet because there are bigger ones out there. Well 5.0 is HUGE. I washed king size sheets, comforter, three queen size blankets and pillow cases in one load and still had room. Awesome.

Where to start??? Love this washer!!! It’s amazing! Big load, small load, delicate, waterproof....FABULOUS! It’s a little noisy, but who cares...it’s in the garage. And it has a clear top, so watching those first few minutes of spin is very relaxing

It's nice to have a top loading machine without an agitator, and without the need to do the extra cleaning tasks our prior, otherwise good front-loading LG required. Also, the window gives a much clearer view of the washing process.

Didn't realize how big this washer is but I still love it. I can wash comforters galore, and rugs with rubber backings with no problems at all. I like to have more water in my wash and rinse cycles, so I can actually do that with this washer. You have to press it before it begins, and only with certain cycles. I literally had to go back to Best Buy and find out how to use my machine. The LG "customer service" person, didn't know anything, plus I could barely understand her. The manual, on line or the one that comes with it, isn't detailed enough. Gives you info but not what I needed. Haven't used the WIFI part yet, but definitely like this washing machine.

had washer for 2 week's now washes clothes good but you have to play around with the control board to figure out how you like your clothes washed it's like getting a new I pad here is the device you figure out how to use it my mother in law is 71 yrs old it took me 2 hours to try to explain to her how to wash the clothes and she still is confused good thing it has a glass lid so you can watch what is going on it will take you a minute to figure out how you like your clothes washed example lets say you put a light load in and you pick normal load you start it timer says 1 hour all of a sudden it starts the load sensing all of a sudden it skips down to speed wash 28 minutes it is designed more for saving energy then actually cleaning clothes but once you figure everything out it will wash your clothes good!!

this is not my first HE washer, this meets all my expectations on all levels, every item comes out smelling fresh and clean. If this is your first HE, I suggest you let the washer pick the settings for you,it does a great job with water temps,spin ,etc

We are coming from a Samsung that lasted less than 3 years. I'm sure they are mostly all built the same now but was frustrated that Samsung wouldn't do anything, especially after their recalls. The LG is quicker. Louder. Easy to use. Doesn't use a lot of water but gets everything cleaned.

It is very efficient and reliable washer. We really like the Top-Load Washer vs. Front Load. We really like the feature to choose water level for deep clean. Yes, highly recommend. :-)

The washer is amazing since our other washer took a crap on us. The only downside is that our washer stopped making the noise to tell us its done. You have to reset it to factory settings so it makes the noise again

We replaced our front loader with this LG top loader and have been extremely pleased with the results. Expected wash cycles to take longer but many seem to be even shorter. Large capacity. Easy to use controls.

Been using this now for several months and its a great washer. Lots of features and easy to use. Nice larger drum and uses nuch less water. Spin cycle really gets the water out which makes drying time shorter also.

What can I say? LG Smart appliances are great! Now I know why LG has the best Consumer Report customer rating of any other W&D combo on the market. So please with its performance. I only hope it lasts as long as my 2o year old Whirlpool W&D.

Not sure how much I like this unit without the agitator. Switched from Front Loader to make it easier to unload/load. Frequently stuff sits on top and doesn't appear to get wet or circulate so still concerns on if items getting washed properly if loaded. Unable to get it to attach to my wifi even with strong signal and other devices attach fine. I'd be hesitant to recommend this to others. I think you need an agitator or some better way to circulate the clothes to get good and clean. I'm stuck with it for now. Getting different modes on this is a pain too and only way to save a setting is with app which, w/o wifi, I cannot do.

This LG washer was bought to replace a four year old washer that kept breaking down. The washer is easy to operate, washes clothes very good and in a shorter time period than my previous washer. I bought this washer because it has the best reliability ratings.

The washer has a huge capacity, can wash a king size comforter, but still does small loads wonderfully as well. The delivery was on time and the guys who delivered and set up the washer and dryer were courteous and professional. Great experience all around.

Excellent washer that I got as a open box for nearly half off the asking price. Gets my clothes clean quite quickly. The only issue Ive had with it is getting the wi-fi to connect.

Replacement for an older machine. This one works SOOOO much better. Even our old dryer works better since this machine removes more water from the wash. The wifi allows you to monitor the washer from anywhere. Great machine.

This washer has been great! I know a lot of people said it uses more water than other washers, which is true per load, but the capacity is so much larger than my old washer, that I do far fewer loads. I really like this machine.

Great washer with cool features. I love all the noises and operation is fairly quiet. I wish the buttons were tactile instead of touch, but it seems all high-end is going that way.

Love this new machine. Will never have a front loader again, and my old front loader was fancy and had lots of buttons. This was easy to get delivered and hooked up. Easy to learn and use and best of all we have clean clothes again!
