I only gave it 4 stars because I only got this washer 3 weeks ago. So far we are impressed. Its fast and quiet. We like the sensor sensing for size of load. It was easy for me to install myself, due to "Delivery Only" store policy during the corona virus period. I recommend it.

We had to replace another top loader that had developed a very LOUD noise in use. This LG is quiet, and we've been happy with the ease of use and cleanliness of our clothes. Satisfied customer.

Wonderful washer. There’s plenty of room for everything you need to wash wether it’s underware or comforters. The only thing I don’t like is there’s no spin/drain only. If your on the short side you will need a step ladder.

Aside from learning the hard way to make these types of purchases in person rather than online, this washing machine works great. Hardly makes noise when washing. The only issue I had was not knowing that it needs to be on a flat surface in order to operate efficiently.

I love my new washer. It is super efficient in every way. I am so glad I chose this style of washer. I like it so much better than my old frontloader. LG makes excellent products, and this washer is one more example of their excellence.

I love my new LG washer! It washes better than any washer I've owned, uses less water and energy, and is quiet. Outstanding and couldn't be more pleased!

Washer is doing fine after we have gotten more acquainted with controls and many options for wash loads and cycles .Deep and large tub is most easy to accommodate all we have to wash .

The purchase of this washer from Best Buy was incredible. They were able to have the washer delivered within a week of my purchase when other big-box stores had a 3 week delivery wait time. The salesperson who assisted us with our purchase was fantastic. The delivery drivers who handled the delivery of our new LG washer were extremely professional and not only delivered the new washing machine but also set it up for us, they tested it to make sure it would operate correctly, and then gave a thorough demonstration to this purchaser about how to operate our new washer. Best Buy employees truly demonstrate the definition of excellent customer service. Would definitely do business with this company again in the future

This unit Replaced a 4 year old Samsung washer - both with similar features and capacity. Samsung didn’t last so time will tell if this one does. Seems to work how we want it to work at this point so 5 stars.

I like that you can fill the washer with a lot of laundries. A cool feature that I like is that it can automatically sense how much laundry is in there and would adjust the water accordingly. Easy to use.

I absolutely love this LG washer and dryer set I bought. This washer is super big and can fit a king size comforter and washes it very clean. The controls are super easy and this metallic Grey finish is absolutely beautiful!

This is my first LG product and so far i am very impressed. Most notably is how quietly it operates. I did not expect that to be the wow factor... it holds very large loads and runs without issues. Love it so far!

Our old washer was starting to break down and would go through the rinse cycle several times. Not good for the electricity or water rates. I researched Consumer Reports and noted the LG washers were all rated very highly. We are satisfied so far

I like the machine very much . It's drum is not as deep as my previous washing machine which is good. Does a good job but does not have a cycle to empty without washing. That I don't like.

I purchased it for my parents. I hooked it up myself and it is straight-forwarded. Only took about 10 minutes. I love the high-speed spinning and it is very quiet. Love the LG quality. Recommended. LG is better than Samsung.

It does everything I hoped it would! I love everything about it. The deep wash. The stainless steel tub. The way there are 6 different agitation movements. The glass top. It's quiet and perfect. If one could live a washer.....this is the one to get!!!!!

Replaced a top end Maytag after 2 years that had leak issues that the Maytag repairman couldn’t repair. Works flawlessly.

Fantastic washer. Great settings. Cleans clothes nicely. Great value. I use the water plus option most of the time. It works in conjunction with the sensing feature to add just the right amount of water.

This LG product is the best purchase I ever made. My family is very very happy with how it is working. Very smooth. No loud noise. Normal washing which runs about 30 minutes is more than satisfactory. Thank you LG for the wonderful machine.

Well designed and quiet machine. A word of caution though, large items such as comforters/blankets can pose a challenge with basket balance and noise.... So far very pleased.
