I love this washer - features that I particularly enjoy are the glass top that lets you see inside, the touch screen that gives so many options, yet easy to understand, and the chime at the end of the cycle just makes me smile...

The washer is fantastic. Nicely designed. Very quiet. Really like the smart feature through the LQ app that shows the progress and alerts me when the load is completed. Saves time.

Great machine. Silent enough. Based on sensors to start up but doesn’t take long to finish a cycle. Not too familiar with all the settings yet but seems very easy to get the hang of it.

The wahing machine was very easy to setup. I really like all the features that it has. My only coplaint is the operation instuctions are incomplete. I am haveing difficulty deciding which setting to use for different types of laundry.

I had a lot of issues with using Tide Pods in my old washer, the casing never fully dissolved and would often get stuck on clothing, which required two washes. This one is great! Super powerful, a little noisy, but works exactly as I would hope.

The amount of times we do laundry, in our household, has been cut in half. This appliance can hold a really large amount (like a king size comforter), and is great for a family. This washer has a lot of wash options, and I'm still trying to figure out what they all do.

Love this washer, I had front loaders in the past and always had trouble with water leaking - not with this! Can wash a king heavy weight blanket no problem as well.

Just replaced a 2 yr old Whirlpool with this washer after using one for three weeks while visiting family. This washer is so quiet we don't hear it and it's sitting on the other side of the wall. Love that I can add an item once it's started and the little tune it plays when the load is finished. I can see if there's enough or too much soap being used, the amount of water the clothes are sloshing in, and the time it takes to accomplish the job is right at a half hour for 95% of our loads!

I got my washer and dryer 2/4/21 and it took a month to use it due to all the things going on in my city so I have used it 1 time so far so good so I will keep you posted. and let y'all know but so far so good.

We are delighted with the quiet performance of this machine! The choice of cycles and wash time are excellent. This machine replaces a 14 year old LG washer which we liked as well.

This is not your mamma's washer! Perfect size for families. Stainless steel drum construction without tumbler with see thru cover. Not traditional and will take some getting used too definite learning curve involved. Very quite and efficient.

Very spacious inside and easy to setup different cycles. Overall a very great product! The only thing to my disadvantage is how deep it is, me being short I need a step stool to get clothes.

Huge capacity. Fairly simple controls. Got rid of horrible Bosch front loader; couldn't wait for it to die. Love how it senses the amount of laundry and adjusts water level. Great Geek Squad installation So far so good.

I had a purchased an LG washing machine about 9 years ago and it finally broke down, so I went to Best Buy to replace it and found exactly what I wanted in this model, works great, probably better than what I had before.

Bought the recommended set together and this washer is very nice. Tons of settings that you’ll never need but at least it’s easy to use those settings. Would recommend the washer…not the dryer.

I am loving my new washing machine. It is so large that it holds both my queen sheets and comforter in one load. Haven't learned all there is to know. But what I have learned is really good

I bought this and the matching dryer to replace my ancient Kenmore washer and dryer. It’s nice and quiet, seems to do a good job of washing the clothes, and I like that I can remote start it and get notifications through the app on my phone.

This washer replaced an older top loader which was not HE and had an agitator. I have been very satisfied with the cleaning of both small and large loads of laundry. Although the initial display may indicate a larger amount of time required for a given load, once the sensing operation has been completed, often the time has been drastically reduced - with great savings of energy. Upon completion of the entire operation of rinsing, etc. and removal of the items from the washer, the stainless steel tub is actually dry!

Great washing machine. I really like how quiet it is and the many options it has for washing clothes. It also has a phone app where you can download extra washing features. Give it 2 thumbs up.

We debated over low and high end machines and amount. Im glad we chose this one. I LOVE IT!!! My husband services farm and milking equipment and it gets them farm smell free!! Not to mention the wonders for my grandkids!!!
