Love this hi-tech washer. Sleek and performs well. Did not go looking for a WiFi connected washer, but it's fun to get alerts when you load is done, and a monthly summary of your loads. Pretty cool!

I am a fan of LG. This holds a lot of laundry because it does not have the wringer in the middle. It is great with sensing the amount of water needed and uses less water to wash. Laundry is clean. Probably the best washer I have ever had.

I was hesitant to purchase a washer with so many "bells and whistles" but this is an excellent washer. No agitator in the center means no more twisted items. It automatically senses the size of the load and uses an efficient amount of water.

The Whirlpool I previously bought from you was defective. It never got my clothes clean. Only answer I could get was that there is no guarantee that it will clean your clothes. LOL. Isn't that why you buy a washing machine...to clean you clothes. After almost 5 years of aggravation it finally stopped running. Of course you would not totally replace it even though it was still under my extended warranty. I love the LG. It cleans so well that I know the Whirlpool was defective. I could write a book on the difference between the two washers and how bad I was treated. I will never purchase anything else from Best Buy (I have been a frequent buyer for over 30 years, especially of computers). I would recommend the washer but not Best Buy.

Replaced 17 year old washer and dryer with this and it's companion. What a great upgrade with the new technology and no agitator. The ability to connect it to an app on my phone to see status updates is very nice.

Excellent washer and never had any problem after more than a year of use. When comparing washers and their prices, I was doubtful about paying extra for the glass top but once I started using it, I found it really useful. You can see how your clothes are being washed, how much water is being filled, how it is spinning, etc. Also, Best Buy did a great job in the delivery and installation process. The only thing that I didn't like was that I was obligated to buy all accessories, such as hose, instead of re-using what I had which was only 1 year old. He said he can't use an old accessory due to warranty issue... in case anything goes bad with the product due to 'old part'. It made sense.

excited about getting this new top load washer to replace my front load lg, (which smelled so much after each wash) I must have got a lemon. The BB crew installed it turn it on, the noise started it was obvious. They call the store and the repairman who works on lg was in the area and stop by and was amazed about the loud noise. He ordered me another one, which I will receive soon. On the positive side BB let me keep it until the new one arrived. I did buy the Geek squad 5 year warranty so I am not worried. It was not bb fault just bad luck. thank you bb for thanking care of me.

Washer washes clothes very good! Only problem owner manual has no directions to use the control panels. LG wants $15 for a book

It’s very quite fast compared to the old one we had. Easy to operate. I installed the wireless app but to me the app is worthless you can’t do much with it and not even diagnostics work. The washer itself is great so far.

I absolute love the versatile door that opens from the front pulling down or from the side. It is eady to operate and fun to use. My 8 year old grand daughter loves to help with laundry now. It has all the cycles and options I need.

This replaced an identical unit we had to leave with our old house. This is a newer model. Generally very quiet unless load uneven. Will handle large loads yet accommodate smaller loads when necessary.

This is the worst washing machine I have ever owned. You get three options. Your clothes can come out: Beat up and stretched out, dirty, or streaked/bleached. We previously had a front load Frigidaire which lasted several years. We just replaced it with a top load because all the washing machines are now huge and this one fit in the closet. LG was helpful in telling us that we had to run a separate and extra cleaning cycle with special tub cleaner any time we used stain remover on something. Then with less soap, the clothes were just as dirty after removing them, so I added some time to the rinse and prewash, and now any clothes with elastic in them are getting beat up and stretched out. I would like to sell it before I end up replacing my entire wardrobe. The shorts in the photo have only been washed 1 or 2 times!

So far so good! It’s been 2 years and we still love them! They were pricey but if they last several more years I’ll be satisfied.

Great size for bedding, good amount of clothes, and other items needing washing. Family of 4 and normally need 2-3 loads to wash

Happy with everything about washer. It senses clothing and sets water level but you can adjust it easily. Many selections for temperature, light to heavily soiled loads. Clothes come out very clean. Comforters fit in the tub.

We've had it a short time but we love it. It is working great! I love how much you can fit in and all you have to do is choose the cycle type and water temp. The machine does the rest.

So far a great washer, I love that this washer has no agitator in the center of the washer. My clothes so far have come out great, and since there is no agitator inside the washer, bed comforters come out without being destroyed.

I like the capacity. It will be great for comforters. Also like not having the agitator in the middle for clothes to get caught up on. The clear top is nice to be able to see what is happening.
