This washer is the greatest thing that’s happened to me in 22 years (my 22 year old set was done)! Fantastic options, huge drum, and extremely quiet.

our washer and dryer took a dump within a month. Decided to use vacation money to buy this washer and dryer. Installer was professional and quick. Prices were adequate with other places. great washer.

I love this washing machine. It has a very large capacity. I like this washer much more than the front loader I had previously. I read reviews about it leaving clothes dry, I haven’t had this problem at all.

Love this washer! The 28 min quick cycle is the best feature. All of my boys sports clothes come out clean and fresh. Washed a king comforter easily.

I really appreciate the large tub. Now I can wash all my heavy bedding at home and not have to go to the laundromat to use their extra large, heavy-duty machines. I also like the glass top so I can see the clothes being washed.

I am really enjoying the notifications you can get when the load is done. Works great. I got this model, because of my experience with my brother's LG washer. It has been going good for years. I also like the see thru top on it

Bought this LG washer after our 6 yr old LG started to leak tranny fluid. Still think LG makes the best washers, but remember to buy the warranty. I have never regretted it. The biggest differences in the new one I have noticed is it is a little nosier, but the controls are better, the cycles are now shorter, and it uses less water. This one has WiFi which will notify you when the load is done, or you can check on the progress. It also allows you to update the firmware. Yes, my last LG lasted only 6 years but we have 6 people that use it so there is a lot of laundry to do.

The LG - 5.0 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Top Loading Washer provides a sufficient amount of cycles that fit most every laundry need. I especially like the Speed Wash cycle for small loads. Technology takes getting used to as with most new appliances. Took only a few loads to get familiar with the many cycle choices. Seems to use water very efficiently. Be sure to measure HE detergent as it takes very little to get clothes clean. The provided manual is very helpful.

I’m still learning this washer but so far I am pleased with every aspect of it. I think it even cleans my clothes better. Still haven’t set up wi-fi yet because I’ve been so happy with everything else

Don’t regret buying this for my mom, she loves it. Washes way faster than the one she had that broke down. Easy to uses with the sort of touch pad it has. Just waiting to buy the dryer machine that goes with this washer machine.

Great washer. Has all the basics, does what it needs to, is easy to use and nice to look at.

My wife loves it. Seems like the top loading thing is pretty important. Also seems like it washes stuff pretty well. Her not complaining about the washing machine makes it worth every penny.

At first I was worried with how big the tub is and I may not have enough laundry to justify running it often. With the smart features it has, it only uses what is needed. So quiet and smooth! Wish I would have gotten it sooner.

Clothes are clean and it works quiet. If you install an app to your smartphone, you can get a notification when the cleaning is done. It is a good reminder to put the clothes to the dryer.

Works great !! Very happy with the performance The only drawback is the tub is too deep for a short person, but is worth it since you get more space for extra load.

Our older model LG front load washer we fixed many timed and made it last 16 years howevet our 30 plus old dryer finally broke and unfixed so we purchased this with the dryer. We like the many features and larger wadhing tub. Sleeping bags are a breeze. wi-fi is a nice feature however instructions to make it we work were lacking. A youtube video later explained what I missed and works great. We like that there are a lot of options but not too many options i would not use. We had a great price as well.

This washing machine is fantastic and literally the best one we have ever purchased. There are so many settings, and all washes are quiet! It even plays a cute little song when it’s done!

I bought this model for 3 reasons: reviews, capacity and wi-fi connectivity. As a washer it is decent but not worth the money. Do it yourself programming is tough. When you choose one of the preprogrammed settings it locks down many options so most times I am washing on the manual setting and just programming it myself. But overall it is a decent washing machine. Capacity is enormous so it passes that test. Wi-fi is extremely difficult to set up. (and it seems in my case it is impossible. I'm computer savvy and able to network older devices that don't set themselves up on a network. This product is not smart at all. The instructions to set it up are a complete joke. In fact there are different instructions in the manual than there are on the website. And there's 2 different non-conforming sets on the web. The furthest I was able to get in the setup was learned on YouTube by a Brit. But alas, still no connectivity. I have reached out to LG in multiple methods: chat, email, phone. The only time I received any kind of support was on the phone but he admitted he could not provide the support I needed. That it was an SmartThinQ app problem and I needed to contact them. I have called and sent 3 emails. NOTHING!!!! Absolutely no response or customer service has been provided. I will never purchase another LG product again. It washes clothes but advertised features do not work. If you insist on buying LG then go with a model that does not claim to be smart and stick one that simply dries your clothes. But my suggestion is to steer away from LG altogether.

This washer machine is pretty amazing in all the ways you need it to be. Also, downloaded the LG ThinQ app and adds so many great features like notifications for when the laundry cycle is completed.

I love my new washing machine. It is huge! I am able to wash so much more clothes than my older one. This is my first purchase of a washing machine and so far I have nothing bad to say!
