Overall I am very happy with this washer (this is our second LG washer). The only problems I've had with this washer have all been when doing a load of towels and bedding. I never overload the washer but it's gone into the error mode and shut down due to being out of balance. The last 2 times - it's performed well with no errors/shutdown so I'm not sure of the difference. It it goes back to having balance problems during the spin cycle I will be call for a repairman to come out. Fingers crossed it just needed to 'settle in'. In full disclosure: I do not use the phone app - I've no interest in another appliance communicating with me in all honesty.

This is good machine. We have owned it for a couple of months and it was easy to set up. The notification to your phone is more helpful then you think it is going to be. We have no complaints so far.

I love this washer! It does a great job cleaning the clothes plus it really spins the water out on the last spin so my old dryer takes a lot less time to dry. I would highly recommend this washer/

Wonderful from installation on. Never knew washer could do such a good job. Tub extra deep. Can handle big load. However if you are short may need a step to reach bottom of tub.

Great washer. It is quite and I have had this model for past few years in my older apt and it never had any issues. Washes and rinses the clothes and heavy garments pretty well.

Easy process to purchase the LG. Happy with performance of the washer. No negatives. Best Buy did a good job with delivery and installation and ran the washer through its testing to ensure it worked. No problems.

Best washer ever, different options for washing, finally big enough for my king size comforters. Best Buy delivery people are the best and super communication with Best Buy.

Bought the matching washing machine for our dryer after both Samsung units crapped out. Will never buy another front load washing machine. Clothes don’t stick anymore and this into has tons of capacity.

Best purchase ever on a washer.....we had a Samsung.......and this one is the best ever. gets clothes clean and auto adjust the time and water usage based on the weight of the clothes

At first was a bit leery of the controls, seemed a bit confusing and limiting, but works fine and the big inside capacity is swell. Takes small loads and large loads in stride. Needs to be level.

Great washer, replaced my older LG washer after getting heavy use with getting three boys through college. This washer has a much larger tub and is able to wash a heavy blanket much easier than our previous washer.

Extra large tub does a great job of washing clothes. Cycles are quicker than my old washing machine. No vibration with spin.

I love this washing machine.. We had the loudest washing machine ever and it finally quit on us.. I told my husband if we were gonna buy another I wanted a good one and this one is awesome...

I love my new washer, love that it know whether its a small load or a huge load. I can hang them up and not wrinkled at all. The drum is huge, and the motion technology is great.

This washer is a good product. On larger loads the water level is higher which I really like. Clothes get cleaned and don’t come out super wrinkled from the spin. A good investment

Big improvement from our last washer, surprisingly has a lot of space in it so you can do pretty decent size loads, the smart features are also pretty sweet

We are loving this washer. It is a major upgrade from the old one. We can actually tell the difference in the quality of the wash. It does a superior job. Best washer I've ever owned.

Crafty unit with many options. Cleans well and is efficient. Good space to clean comforters right up thru king size.

Love this washing machine! It adjusts the water level and wash time for load size. Clothes come out clean. The tub is great for a small or large load.

The washer seems to do a good job during the month have owned it but is extremely loud during the spin and rinse cycle. There are no bolts left from shipping, an unbalanced load or items left in pockets, its just loud. I asked LG customer service to provide the decibel rating 4 months before I purchased this but they stayed they didn’t have it and requested it from the factory. After several follow-up's, I gave up. It is in an open area with no doors so I was hoping for a quiet operation but I will live with it. The app works great and the color is nice.
