Love this washer. It is big enough to do all sizes of load. It uses the right amount of water based on the size of the load and you can add more water if you needed to.

I like this top loading washer. It's large bin spins clothes almost dry. I am short and to reach in bin for clothes this washer makes it easier as bin rotates to reach clothes in back

I had a front loader for the last 10 years and I have hated it since day 1! This washer is SO much better! Very quiet, self balancing. It’s huge! Way more capacity than my fro t loader. And it’s online.

So far, so good. It does what it is advertised to do. Easy to set-up (did it on my own). Directions are clear regarding initial set-up. I did purchase the extended warranty.

Washing machine cleans clothes well and spin cycle is effective, leaving clothes minimally damp. Not the quietest machine but happy with the purchase.

This washer hits all the marks, WiFi access along with being big enough to handle a lot of beach towels after my kids spend a day swimming in the pool. I highly recommend this washer.

I love this washer! This is the 2nd time i bought one. I bought a set before we moved and knew i liked it so much i bought it again in when we bought our new house!

Easy to operate. Will scan a load and determine cycle time. Large capacity, can wash comforters in this machine. Only downside is somewhat flimsy small receptacle that slides out for laundry detergent.

Does a good job cleaning, have had some issues with water levels and especially when washing sheets by themselves. Also if you are short, it may be hard to reach the clothes

I fell in love with it. I would have given 5 stars but because the foot pegs that it stood on were worn and some missing, I had to order my own. When I received them, I can understand why they were gone. The rubbery part that it stands on was very malleable and could easily be distorted when attempting to push the washer into place. Also the pegs went in sideways, which I thought was weird. Other than that and NOT getting my manual after contacting the guy from geek squad who put it in and said he'd get me one, never answered or phoned me back.

Time, water and soap SAVER, from day one it is noticeable, the time saved using the auto detect/program settings and reduced soap use without compromising the cleanliness and smell of the clothing washed.

Very good dryer. Huge load capacity. Just make sure you're loading the laundry evenly. If not the washer will give you an error for unbalanced load.

High quality washing machine! I love LG products! This machine connects to wifi and sends me notifications when a load has finished and when the tub needs to be cleaned!

Washer looks great and washes great. We installed with a water hammer suppressing outlet box since it was right next to our sleeping areas and I don't notice it running very often.

I bought this as a set with the matching dryer. And my clothes have never been cleaner, since I started washing them in this washer. I was using the laundromat but now I'm high class.

It washes the clothing well but it is somewhat complicated to use. First of all the instruction booklet that comes with the washer gives absolutely no information about the various settings or how to set them but you have to download that information. There are many restrictions on how you can watch something. Although you are allowed to download one special set of washing instructions you can’t do that with all of them. The app which I originally thought was ridiculous is actually useful and a nice perk. The other thing I didn’t realize is that you really have to have long arms to reach the bottom of the bin. But so far my clothes have come out clean and I haven’t had anything shrink so that’s a good thing and the set looks very nice.

I need washer and dryer large enough for size comforter. There is plenty of room. The added gift is the wifi which sends an alert to my phone when cycle is complete.

Delivered in a timely fashion. The delivery guy were quick and courtesy. The washing machine works fine but please dowoad the manual as it doesn't come with one.
