Working great so far. The guys who delivered it did a bang up job. We couldn't be happier so far. I can do double what I could do in my old washing machine. Love it

After experiencing sheer horror with my previous washer, I decided to purchase a new one. I’m thrilled that I saw this one! It is a joy using my new machine. The installation was also a breeze!

So far we have no complaints or issues. Going back to a top load washer - this one has enough capacity to do all the bedding at once. Delivery team was very professional also.

Brand new LG WT7300CW Washer. All the advertisements say that it works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. You have to install the LG ThinQ app on your phone and then link Alexa and Google Home. Siri or the Apple Home app does not support washers at this time apparently. The LG ThinQ app can send a notification to your phone when the washer is finished. Neither Alexa or Google Home can notify us when the washer is finished. At least Google Home can tell me how much time is left on the washer. But Alexa can only tell me if the washer is on or off. LG built a terrible app for Alexa. They need to hire a good programming team and fix it. Here are Alexa commands that work and don't work. Me: "Alexa, is the washer running?" Alexa: "The top load washer is on." Me: "Alexa, what's the status of the washer?" Alexa: "That's not supported yet." Me: "Alexa, how much time is left on the washer?" Alexa: "That's not supported yet." Me: "Alexa, is the washer finished?" Alexa: "That's not supported yet." Me: "Alexa, ask LG for the status of the washer." Alexa: "Sorry, I didn't find a group or device named L G Washer" Me: "Alexa, ask LG how much time is left on the washer." Alexa: "That's not supported yet." Me: "Alexa, what mode is the washer in?" Alexa: "Top load washer doesn't support that." Google Home commands that work and don't work: Me: "Hey Google, what's the status of the washer?" Google: "The top load washer is on washing cycle and will be done in 53 minutes." Me: "Hey Google, how much time is left on the washer?" Google: "The top load washer will be done in 47 minutes." Me: "Hey Google, tell me when the washer is finished." Google: "In Greek, that's: εμένα όταν σταματήσει το πλυντήριο." Me: "Hey Google, tell me when the washer is off." Google: "Got it, stopping the Top Load Washer." (Oops! Now I need to restart it!)

Works great. I love the design. Very stylish and efficient. Only thing is that if your 5'1" or shorter it can be difficult to reach the bottom.

I'm coming from an old washer that had only 3.5 CuFt for the same size unit. 5.0 is great, though items at the bottom seem to get tangled up. Love the app to get a ping when the cycle is done.

Love LG products! Got it so my parents can grab clothing from above and not have to squat down. Easy to use, great machine. Sleek look.

Very user friendly configuration and connection to WiFi sends out notification to the phone when the washer cycle completes. Good performance washer at an affordable price.

This washer is everything. It has a huge tub, so I can wash all of our clothes in one run. Saves me so much time and laundry frustration.

Never thought I would be excited about doing laundry. This LG is easy to operate and can get as sophisticated as you want it to be. Highly recommend that you you use the smart phone application.

Difficult to figure out how to use this thing as the instruction manual is missing a lot of information for some functions. The setup instructions don't specify how long to hold a button. Just says immediately. Luckily, there's a reviewer on Youtube that does a full review and talks about all the features and how they work. Little Odd that when adding towels, the washer adds a lot more water to the rinse cycle, as if it's assessing the weight at the end of the wash cycle to determine how much water to add. I have a drainage issue and had some overflows because of the added water.

Amazing features over some of the other brands. Like the option to add addl water to the wash cycle. Had a Samsung prior and you can tell the difference in the Quality. Not cheaply built and has more features. Only reason for the 4 stars is the Smell from the main board which was told it would go away over time. Also not a fan of the lighter aluminium tub. Zippers and buttons are quite noisy.

This washer is fabulous!! I am astonished at how much laundry you can fit into this washer and still have room to spare. I can combine two loads of towels into one and still have extra room! It took me a bit to get used to all of the bells and whistles but now that I have, I am in love! It has the extra rinse cycle that was a must for me plus a lot of other features. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend this washer. If you do a lot of laundry, as I do, this washer will really cut down on the time you spend in the laundry room.

Purchased this as part of a Labor Day sale along with a dryer. I love how deep it is and can get more than enough clothes in at one time reducing how many times I do laundry

We bought this washer after reviewing Consumer Reports which rates LG washers very highly. After doing a number of loads, we have had no problems at all and are glad we choose this brand. It is quieter than the washer it replaced and the level of vibration during spin cycles has been low. Also, the 5 cu. ft. capacity allows for large loads which we like. Hopefully the washer will last for many years without needing any repairs. The delivery from Best Buy was on time and was without any issues.

My wife loves her new LG machine.she love that she can do some much clothes at once since the drum is huge and the clothes come out so much cleaner than the old machine we had before.

The LG washer is easy to use and uses a lot less water than my old washer. Runs very quite. Impressive machine. I’m very happy with it.

Excellent Washer- Loved the way it senses the load and adjust water and time of wash . Very nice - almost silent - low vibration and highly recommended.

Works very well. Clothes get clean and smells good. Love I can see it done on my phone.

Thus far, this washer is a good investment as it works well. There is plenty of room to wash a large load especially given it doesn't have an agitator.
