Nice washer, but it seems you have a problem with getting the balance of the clothes down. I've laid the clothes down the way it asks and there are times I think it's going to pop out of one of the sides. the instructions are not clear also I can't figure out how to stop the machine to help with the left so it doesn't go crazy because it's out of balance. I've read the instruction tried to pause it fix the balancing my self, somehow it ten a two-cycle time. To this day I still have no idea how to make the machine stop than to have it start back up where it left off. If you can help it would’ve much appreciated. And given it a 5-star rating.

LG makes excellent products, washing machine is quite large and therefore easily washes big loads including king size comforters.

Have had this washer for a few weeks and absolutely love it. The kids even have started to volunteer to do their own laundry!!

This is a very good washer for the price. I would definitely recommend this washer. One of the cons is that the washer is pretty noisy. I do wish it was quieter but for the price it’s amazing.

So far (it's only been installed a few weeks) it's a great machine. Quiet, lots of wash cycle selections and seems well built.

I am enjoying my new washer. My last one was also an LG that lasted more than 15 years. This one likely will outlast me! Huge tub capacity. Easy to use.

Big capacity washer. I can load alot more clothes in one load, put a deep wash cycle and relax. Love it so far no isssues.

This washer has been great, so far. I love the see through top and the many options, especially the Speed Wash option.

We've had this and it's counterpart dryer for about 8 months now and we couldn't be happier. Easy to use. Works great. Looks great. A+

I love this washer, it has so many options and is a quiet runner. When my dryer needs to be replaced I will be looking for an LG.

I have had the LG washer for a few weeks and so far it has been great. It does use less water but it gets my clothes very clean.

Love our washer lights on it are nice love the color easy to use wifi so u can turn on and off from your phone love the sound it makes when it is done my 4 kids love it

If you are looking for a top loading washer check this one out. Very easy to use and it’s no secret LG makes quality products.

We love this machine. We chose it specifically to avoid laundromats to wash large comforters. It’s perfect, it measures the load automatically and adds water accordingly.

Works well for intended purpose and is easy to use except for some vertically challenged people who may have difficulty reaching the bottom of the washing compartment.

My clothes come out so clean and when I put the spin cycle on extra all of my clothes and even my king size comforter comes out almost dry when the machine stops.

Decent washer. Clothes are clean but takes a longer time than our previous washer. Has a decent amount of options for cleaning. Got the washer on sale, so it was a good price.

Our last washer moved around on the floor and we had to constantly re-adjust it. This one does not do that. Easy to load and no bulky middle piece.
