It gets a bit noisy during the spin cycle when it's a heavy load, but instructions on how to properly load have helped greatly. We also appreciated the promptness and professionalism of Best Buy's delivery and setup team.

It's quiet, cleans perfectly and very efficient. It uses much less water to thoroughly clean as opposed to the the previous washer we had. The TurboWash3d Technology is a wonderful new feature. My wife and I highly recommend this unit!

Water level is very low in the wash cycle. A normal load is clothes sloshing around in about two inches of water. I have to use the Deep Wash cycle for everything, and even then I may have to add more water. I have to constantly watch to make sure my clothes are getting washed. I can't just throw in a load and go. On a normal load, I pulled out my clothes and there were actually dry spots on my washed clothes. The water never reached all of the clothing. Had to re-wash, having to monitoring to add water. See picture. I did read reviews about the low water level, but so many were positive that I didn't pay attention. Maybe I should have. On a positive note, the Delicates cycle works nice. The water on that cycle is actually enough for my clothes. Spin is also nice - cuts down on dry time.

I am going to attach photos of the rust accumulation on my washer, which I thought would last through my children's childhood. Nope. Nothing is made well anymore. When I was a kid my mom bought one washer and one dryer and we had it for 20 years. I am 18 months in and already looking for a new washer. Don't fall for the flashy/trendy design. It's poorly made. Consider a Maytag classic design like the Maytag Commercial Residential grade washing machine. Side note.. They advertise on the front of this bad boy that is has a TEN YEAR MOTOR WARRANTY.... What the sticker should say is THIS WILL RUST BEFORE YOU BABY TURNS 2! muah hah hah hah!!
