I love everything about this washer. It is easy on my clothes, but strong enough to get the kitchen grease smell out of my husband’s work clothes. It has a large capacity, so I am able to get the laundry done so much faster than before. I can’t recommend it enough.

After much research, I committed to this washer and the matching dryer, and both have very much met, if not exceeded, my expectations! The washer (as is the dryer) is large, which is great. No longer do I have to wash the comforter separate from the bedsheets; they all fit together in one load. I am very big on a variety of washing options, so this washer definitely fit the bill. The smart sensor is quite a unique feature as it senses and measures just how much time is truly necessary for the size/weight of the load. I think this will surely make an impact on our water bill, but time will tell. It is not loud--if I close the door of the room, I can't hear it running if I am in another part of the house, so it isn't distracting. I definitely think for the size, the bells and whistles, and the overall appearance, it is worth the price tag.

We haven’t done too many washes with it yet but it has been performing well. It is slightly noisier than our old front loader but it washes well and spins clothes dry well that they aren’t needing as much time in the dryer. So far we are happy with our purchase.

Amazing washer! Clothes are cleaner than ever before! I thought I wasn't going to understand how to use it's high-tech system but it was really easy. I like that there is no agitator stick so it makes it so convenient to wash comforters and bedding. Very satisfied with purchase.

This has to be the best washer I have ever owned. I noticed a huge difference in how this really gets the clothes clean versus my last washer. Also, I'm not having to worry about my washer running away when I try to wash pillows. This thing really keeps balanced. The spin cycles really get the water out. So, I'm not putting soggy laundry in the dryer. Overall excellent washer. Note; I was worried about the touch buttons not responding very well. But if you use the correct setting there's almost no need to adjust anything. Also, the online operating manual explains the different cycles. This is something that's not included in the manual that comes with the washer.

The washer comes with a ton of options for washing. The tub is large enough for most any household. The tub might be a little deep...some people may be on their tiptoes to reach the bottom of the tub. It is quiet and does a very good job.

Recently purchased a LG washer/dryer set. Very pleased with the quality of this product. It has a large capacity, quiet and energy efficient. We would highly recommend the Best Buy sales team.

Bought this machine to replace a Maytag, which was too expensive to fix after only 6 years. This machine seems robust, although the cheap plastic lid trim scratched after only 3 days. The machine is very quiet and does a great job of cleaning the clothes with Turbo Wash. It does make some odd mechanical noises at times but nothing that sounds concerning. We really love the quick wash option when we need something washed in a hurry. Overall, a very nice machine, which looks great.

We finally upgraded after having the old style machines! LG is a brand I trust, so during the Covid lockdown, I was able to go tell them I wanted the newest and best LG Washer in this color. They said they would have it to me in 4 days, unlike Home Depot, who said it was “in stock” but would take 2 weeks. This machine holds the largest amount of laundry I’ve seen besides a commercial unit. It has a lot of controls, but very easy to use. I LOVE the speed wash! The holders for detergent, etc. are versatile and so simple to operate. My clothes come out clean every time! I’ve been able to wash two king comforters at a time, and on some loads walk around looking for more to add to a load because it looks so empty. I would always trust this washer and the LG brand. So glad we bought this!

I love LG and wanted to switch to a top load washer. I love this thing. It’s quiet. It’s easy. The wash options are great. No agitator to ruin clothes. This was an excellent purchase. Plus, the LG app makes it even better!

Best washer we have ever owned....holds a lot, cleans very well, quiet and top loader is the way to go. Former front loader was nothing but troubl e and it ws a highly rated brand, Highly recommend!

So far this has been a great purchase. The tub actually fills with water during certain cycles. The Maytag we had for 4 years had the bearings fail and would have cost more to fix than it cost to buy a new machine. The Maytag often left clothes untouched by water after a cycle no matter what I did. This LG actually gets everything wet and clean. I love the turbo wash - less than 30 minutes for lightly soiled clothes. Still learning all the settings though. I miss the days of a rotary dial that only had the few settings you used. I’m hoping this lasts since I was very disappointed that the Maytag died after only 4 years. Washing machines should be durable. Shouldn’t have to buy a new one every few years.

This washer is great, easy to use you can even create custom wash cycles, also quiet operation for a washer, I have no complaints as of yet very satisfied with this purchase. Would recommend highly

No agitator makes it much easier to get clothes in and out (and seems much larger). It still does a good job of cleaning them as well. Seems easy to use and looks sleek.

I like the looks of it. I like the glass top, I can see the clothes in the washer. I can see how the clothes get wash & clean. I can see how the the detergent & water pours down directly to the clothes. I like the large bucket, simply because I can wash large load & not to worry about the clothes gets ripped or tangled on the spinner. I like my washing machine even more now that I watch my machine works. It gives me clean, clothes & smells fresh in no time.. I will definitely recommend my LG turbo washer to my friends & family.

So far, I love my new washer. It's fairly quiet and does a great job and has a preset cycle for all different materials which makes it so easy to use.

Absolutely LOVE this washer and dryer set. A rep was able to help me find this spacious and efficient washer and dryer set for a really good price. I bought the set with a cheaper LG fridge to get an additional discount since I needed appliances for my new house and was on a serious budget. This was my first washer I have used without a rotater in the center, and I prefer it much more. The effectiveness is just as good but now there is more space to wash clothes. Highly recommend this washer and dryer as a set for a cheaper option.
