Great capacity. Love the fact that it tells you when you need to add more detergent and softener. I've saved $$ on those items since buying this washer. Easy to do bedding.

Spent a long time researching front load washers. We decided to go with the LG 4500 and have not been disappointed so far. Extremely quiet and clothes come out clean. No mold or musty odors yet, but we do dry the gasket after every load and use the tub clean cycle with bleach occasionally. The bulk fill detergent has been great and a feature we didn’t realize we would like so much. It is pricey, but we were able to catch it on sale and get rewards back with the BB card, making it comparable to other options out there.

We got this washer to replace 1 that we bought less than 3 yrs ago because it is so much better than the last 1 ! This LG is an amazing washer ! Large capacity and the spin cycle almost dries the clothes at the end ! We love it !

This is the most amazing washer and dryer set! So quiet - cleans amazing - so many different settings- steams clothes - drys fast - preset options - soap self dispenses. The list goes on. I LOVE them

Wonderful in every sense. The clothes are beautifully clean and smell great. The automatic dispenser is one less thing to worry about it and this machine is absolutely silent. In fact the sound of the water is typically the only thing you might hear when up close. We love the app feature both in its simplicity and being notified how long clothes have left to wash or when they are finished. It has plenty of washing options although we have yet to explore them all. Yes this is not a budget friendly machine but so far it has been totally worth the investment. Our last machine lasted 17 years, we certainly hope this will do the same.

Love that there’s a place where it holds laundry detergent and I don’t have to worry about it for a few loads. Is really quite and cleans clothes really well.

This machine, while costly, is very easy to use and makes doing laundry easy with the automatic detergent and softener feature. It’s capacity makes it effective for washing our king size duvets and duvet covers.

Had previous LG washer and loved it. So, was happy to go with another one. Had this one for about a month now and so far so good. It's quite and really like the ez dispense feature. Highly recommend!

This washer is amazing! It’s quiet and does a great job washing the clothes. It’s impressive how the 360 water jets spread the water and auto dispenser distributed the detergent and softener

Sooooo easy to use, wash larger loads and be donde with laundry day a lot faster!

After using a couple times and getting used to the features it is easy to use and very quiet.

I had a LG washer and dryer for 11 years and it never have me a problem. I only got a new set because I didn’t want red any longer. I am so happy with the new set which is larger so I can do less loads, they are so quiet you literally can not hear them outside the laundry room and I love the light inside the dryer which not only helpful but feel like a even more luxurious. I highly recommend this set.

After giving the new GE Smart Dispense Washers a try and seeing serious quality issues, I returned it and bought the LG washer. Cleans very well, is quiet and looks great in my laundry room. Only had it for a few days but have already done a few loads. Very happy with it so far. Made in Korea and it shows compared to the GE Made in China washers.

First off my old LG machine lasted for 19 years. Only reason I got rid of it was the power button broke. Instead of fixing it I opted to just trade it in for the newer technology. The new machine has been flawless and works just as good if not better than the old one. Side note I did have to contact LG a few years ago about an overload of clothes issue. They were awesome to deal with and solved the problem in just a few minutes. And said let them know if a tech is needed they would schedule it. LG rocks and a great company to deal with!!!

Excellent , best washing machine I owned so far ! Very quite , laundry came up sparkling clean .

Enough room for clothes to be loaded in. If used correctly, can last a long time. Not loud. No complaints

Love my new washer - fast completion of loads and easy to use controls. Holds a large amount of clothes. Looks stunning as well.
