do NOT order open box. This was rated "excellent," which according to the website means: "Products in this condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include the original parts and accessories (or a suitable replacement),* as well as the original box (or a suitable replacement)." What a joke! The washer is dented in multiple places (including in the front). It was shrink wrapped and the washer was wet inside-- resulting in MOLD! This is "excellent?" I'd hate to see "satisfactory" or "fair."

I love my new washer it is everything I thought it would be and more I would recommend my washer and dryer by LG to anyone and everyone

Seems to be functioning fine. We replaced a version that was a couple of years old due to moving to a new home. This version you can barely read the control panel and the words are not lit up, so giving this 3 stars. The older version we had it was easily readable and well lit up. Very disappointing to say the least.

This is the first washer I have ever owned and so far I really like it. Haven't had any problems with it and it looks very nice!

Cleans clothes and works as expected. Low noise sitting directly LVP over a concrete slab.

Amazing Experience using it. Takes less detergent, less noise, alarm when done, awesome features.

Performance is decent, but there’s a major design defect: The menu is dark grey on black with no backlighting. It’s super hard to read. We have to keep a flashlight nearby. If this seems minor, it isn’t. You have to deal with it before every single load!

Replacement delivery was good but the only thing the replacement has a damaged on the corner.

I exchanged my dual load Samsung washer for this washer and it's a little loud and shakes more compared to the Samsung I had. I little over a month in and I've already received an error code for just putting in one sweater. Not very happy with the washer

Product sold as is, Open Box, excellent condition. I did not see this before purchase, because the item was not in the store. Upon delivery 3 dents were found on left side of the washer. I told installer to proceed with the installation. BB was notified immediately . A small monetary adjustment was credited to my account.

I purchased white washer and dryer in November. The washer was received on December 12 and I just received the dryer on 1/8, the issue was the color. The dryer was a bright white and the washer was white but had a gray tint to it. The color variance is very noticeable.... big difference in the whites.

I knew I wanted a large and quiet washer as my current set were neither of these things. I wanted something I could wash my king comforter in. Not only does it fit easily I had no idea that having a large capacity washer was going to cut the number of loads I could wash nearly in half. Along with the turbo wash cycle - laundry has become soo much more efficient. Also I have a home office in the laundry area - if it wasn’t for the sound of the clothes flopping around, I’d hardly know it was running. It also cleans my clothes very well too! I haven’t set up the ThinQ yet so I can’t speak to that. But soo far it’s been great. Had it about a month.

I've been looking for a new Good Washer my other New Maytag top load Washer well to put it nicely broke. So this time I did my research and LG was highly rated. Easy to set up then went to straight washing stuff. With the large drum WoW does she wash a lot and do a great job too.. This Washer with the front load spin's out clothes so good they are almost dry when done. I really like the WiFi connect the LG thinQ app makes it even better let's me know when it's done No more walking back and forth checking to see if it's done!! Check ✔️ Has ever more kinds of wash Cycles ✔️ Can start a load at home or away ✔️ Pre loaded forsure. Best Washer I've ever had gets my clothes and sheets Cleaner than ever ✔️ Even on the fastest spin cycle it doesn't shake the hole house like most of the other washers I've had ✔️ I've owned a older front load washer before they have improved them tremendously One thing I really like about the LG washer is in the instruction It tells you to after you're finished washing for the day to wipe the inside of the door dry and to wipe out the rubber ring which is usually very little water and I've read another reviews saying that it held water in the tub after washing clothes but I have not seen this in mine My clothes come out very dry after each spin. But the advice on drying the door and wiping the ring leaving the door open is great advice I've had it now for two weeks and no smell whatsoever like my older Maytag front load washer used to do even when I left the door open and tried to make it smell better. Only time will tell how long this will last.... I will share it in my review if I have any problems with it. I highly recommend this Washer to everyone!!

This washing machine is awesome. It is so big, so quiet (with the exception of it singing - lol) and has so many awesome settings. My clothing comes out super nice and fresh.

Exactly what I expect from LG! I’m on my third washer with them. The new washer is quiet and everything comes out smelling fresh n clean n almost dry already! I haven’t had a chance to try a large comforter or king size yet but I’m hoping the extra space from 4.5-5.5 will help! I love getting notified when loads finishes n the reminders so you can keep up with maintenance- I wash everyday n I love this washer! Buy it n you won’t regret it!

I was in need of a new washer. I had a Maytag for 10 years and it started breaking down. Read the reviews on this LG washer, watched videos on it, and was pretty much sold. It is very quiet and I love the fact that it senses how much clothing you add. The less, the faster the cycle. Wi-fi is cool because it let's you know when the cycle is done. Since I have an Apple watch, I can see it right away. Clothes come out smelling fresh and clean.

Washer is a great size for our household and the controls are easy to use. It is quieter than our old machine and the app functionality is great if you want to use it but is not required. I love getting notifications that my laundry is done on my phone so i can quickly change out the loads. Overall great reliable product.

love my 4200lg pair. the washer is excellent in performance. My clothes come out so clean and this machine cuts down on time the washer cycle compared to the kenmore pair i had. I also love the app which reminds me to do a tub clean or to unload my washer or dryer. It also saves me $$ on detergent and softner since it uses much less than the standard washers yet it cleans so much better. My husband works in construction and i was never able to get his clothes clean until i bought these machines. I highly recommend them. i did buy the pedestal which makes it even easier and enjoyable to do laundry and also add extra storage to my small laundry room. i suffer from lower back pain so the addition of the pedastal has been so useful. I hope they last me long enough because i love them. I remember hating front loaders since the ones i had owned were terrible. but i decided to give the lg a try and boy its a game changer. the delivery went splendid. the guys were very professional.
