We're very happy with our new LG smart front-load washer with steam and built-in intelligence. It's great being able to use the LG app on our phones to monitor and control the washer. It does a great job cleaning clothes and does so very quietly. So far, we are glad we went with LG.

We did a lot of on-line comparing before we chose this washing machine for our rental property. It is getting rave reviews from the tenants for its size and how well it washes clothes, as well as how good it looks (though that latter was not one of our criteria for choosing it).

We have had it for over 2 yrs and it been running perfectly without any issues. We got the bundle so the washer and dryer both and it was a pretty good deal for similar ones from other brands. There are a lot of customization options available ( we still havent explored all of them) but once you get to your setting, you will not change it much. Now its mostly just push start and forget. The unit was installed by best buy support and they did it within 15 -20 min which was super good. We got this for our new house so it was good that they didnt ask us many questions and just installed it. I am pretty happy with my purchase.

I've been really impressed with this LG washer, the 5.0cuft capacity is on the large side of what's available right now and it's great for washing bedding or lots of small clothes (shirts, pants, etc) Only gripes I have with it are that there are a lot of modes/settings and it's not always obvious what they are meant for or what the implications are for water temperature/etc. Similarly I haven't been able to find a way to have full manual control over the washer (manually control temp, spin speed, etc). So it is at once both a lot of settings but still doesn't give me full control. At the end of it I usually just use Normal and Bedding most of the time and just let it do its thing.

This washer does a great job - clothes are clean, it has a large capacity capable of doing bedspreads and mattress liners. I have all the washing choices I need to launder my clothes and household items in the way recommended by the manufacturer.

Excellent machine overall. Very quiet and efficient. I thought the 5.0 cu ft would be able to handle washing a king size duvet but disappointingly it cannot. Not sure if the next size up would be able either.

Although I was having issues after installation, I realized quickly the installers didn't fully open the water to the washing machine, after fully opening the faucet, this washing machine is quiet, efficient, and easy to use.

Washer is very easy to navigate. Quiet and efficient. We did buy the drawer storage pedestal and am disappointed with it. The problem being it is 2-3 inches too short not allowing storage of laundry detergent to stand upright under the washer or dryer.

Quieter than the last washing machine from same manufacturer. Happy with it so far. The door does not seem as sturdy as the last one. I am glad I got the extended warranty because of all the high tech set up with it. I was disappointed that I couldn’t add two more years to my extended warranty.... girl from who knows where told me to take the washer back to the store for an exchange and they could add more to my extended warranty!! Only had it for a few days... like I could just throw it into the car and exchange it?! And she was serious! Had to work hard to find a really great representative who helped refund the difference from the sale that hit a few days after we bought it ... $300 was worth fighting for!! Note.. tried calling the store..very difficult to get a rep in the store for help. Ordered online. When I did call and get someone she hung up on me! Finally got our usual rep Dana who is so great! Shame she didn’t get the sale because no one was answering the phone ... ordered online!

Beats my old whirlpool washer! My new washer is quiet, fast, easy to use, and spins the clothes fast so my dryer dries faster. I love it so far. My only complaint is the washer should have a light inside.

When my old washing machine broke down, the appliance repair person suggested buying the LG Front-Load Washer. It is a wonderful machine! The 5.0 cubic suites my family well. Washes clean, and spins well, leaving less time to dry.

This is my second LG washer -- the first one lasted 15 years before having any issues at all. In this case, it was a broken water pump that I probably could have replaced, but didn't want to bother. I've had this washer a week now, and I'm happy with it. The steam and wash functions are great and I like the dark grey color. My only complaints are with the control panel -- 1. bumping against it lightly will cause the wash to pause (annoying when you're using the top to fold laundry on). 2. Unless there is direct bright light shining on the front, it is hard to read the text of the options. That'll become less of a problem I guess when I learn where they all are. I'm really happy with the ThinQ smart features -- setting up and using the app was fast and easy, including the Google integration. Samsung really could take some pointers from LG about how to write software!

So far this washer is great. I had several thick stains on a sweatshirt and it got them right out. This is also the 1st washer I’ve ever owned but we love it. Also I love the Wifi feature. It’s a nice way to not forget that I left something in the washer. Also handles King size sheets well

Bought an open box. Looks great, extremely quiet. Build is very sturdy. No problems after a month. Have owned LG front loads in the past and they have been generally maintenance free. Probably has more options and cycles than I need, but the steam freshen cycle is nice, when you inadvertently leave a damp wash in the unit overnight. Also have used the cold water wash, which starts with some warm water to activate the soap and then uses the turbo wash function to reduce the wash time. Sanitary is also useful for undergarments. Installation is straightforward, and it really is packed well.

Quiet, fast and efficient. Love this washing machine so far. I haven't used all of the settings yet, but its much quieter and faster than my old LG machine. I had a top-loading machine prior to this front-loading and it spins so much better!

I love this LG washer. Excellent washer that does a great job even with the largest of loads. It is fast and easy to use and very quiet. Our laundry is on the 2nd floor and you cannot hear it even if you’re directly below. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone.

I enjoy the size and ease of use. Honestly, it does more than I even need it to do. But I like having the options for my general loads and my cycling clothes, which I use the delicate cycle.

We are thrilled with our LG front load washer. It does an excellent job. we also love that we can get a status update on our LG app to let us know when the clothes are done washing.

I cannot overstate how much i truly enjoy this washer. It is very easy to use. It washes clothes well, and even has a quick 15 minute setting for loads that don't need heavy washing.
