    I had an old washer that would take forever to finish large loads. This washer can take nearly two loads compared to the old one and wash in the same time or faster. Works great with the app and helps keep track of when the clothes is finished. Settings are easy to use and modify to needs. The EZ-dispense system is great and helps keep track of how much detergent is used and find out how to make it last longer.

    Washer is great my previous LG was purchased 8 years ago. I love the app. It tells you when the load is finished. I connected the whole family so we all get notifications and can move the clothes along. The auto dispense is also great. There is a manual override if needed. The only thing it doesn’t have a manual softener dispenser. Quite, doesn’t shake. Also love the drum light, just wish it had a physical button on the machine to activate it. Turbo cycle is really fast. Do a load in under 30 mins. I got the dryer with it too.

    This washer will not only wash but it will wash large quilts. I’ve got a queen sized bed and have no issues with all my bedding. The problem comes in when you have to network this washer to your internet. I got help at the beginning and it worked well. I had trouble when my internet service provider upgraded my internet speeds. I got a different router which changed things. Fortunately for me it was after warranty. I called Best Buy total membership service which did 5 minutes of help then they passed me on to LG support. LG charges to go farther to resolve. I didn’t pay. So now I don’t have connectivity for the added functionality. Now my washer is just like any other washer. Disappointed after paying premium price and now reduced to regular
