Love the way the washer looks and no fingerprints, also has many functions big capacity and small load as well. Door barely gets wet prevents mold build up. User friendly.

Our old washer of 25 years gave up the ghost. My wife and I checked Consumer Reports for their view and ratings of current washing machines available. This LG seemed to fill the bill. Quite a technological difference from the old to the new. Automated soap dispensing, WiFi, etc. The best thing is the programming flexibility, quality of cleaning, and how quiet it is. You must read the documentation completely to enjoy the full capabilities of the machine. Because the washer is in the garage, having the WiFi status indicator is very useful. For others looking for a washer I would take a look at this one. Very satisfied and hopeful it lasts as long as the previous washing machine. PS Bought the pedestal. Expensive but worth it.

Very powerful yet quiet washer! Works even better after updating software via LG ThinQ app, which guides the users on when and how to do routine maintanance. Great product. Unfortunately, delivery logistics by Bestbuy web order were a nightmare, with mutliple delays and zero explanation. Local Bestbuy agent and senior staffs were able to help us get the delivery made after several days of delay. Bestbuy website order needs to up their standards on customer communication.

I have only had this for a few days now and it is amazing! First time having a front loader and it’s so easy to use and the options are wonderful. I love the fact that I don’t have to keep putting in detergent. Clothes come out clean and washes in 30 mins! I am now looking into purchasing the pedestal.

Replaced a 15 year old front load LG for this version. Steam functionality alone is worth it (allergy sufferers in our home and noticeable difference). Clothes are brighter and does it in less time. Love it gives time to done. WiFi functionality I'm sure is cool. Haven't connected at this point!

So efficient, would buy nothing else! This machine is very quiet and cleans in half the time of my last machine.

We had an old top loader washer that has been around for too many years although it “still worked”, I knew it wasn’t cleaning our clothes as efficiently as we needed. Our dryer ended up breaking so we took the opportunity for a bundle deal and upgraded our washer. By far it has been working fantastic. I do smell a difference in my clothes. I also feel a huge difference in the texture of the clothes. Aside from the feelings of the wash, another thing we like is the auto detergent dispenser. I don’t like wasting detergent and so far this has been helping.

I’m absolutely In love with this washer! It even fits my blanket and Cleans the clothes really well!

So far so good! This washer is awesome and having it connect to my Alexa is even better because Alexa will say “Your wash is done”! This washer is amazing and with the AI feature it sense the type of clothing and how much clothes in the and even better uses the right amount of laundry detergent needed to wash the clothes.

Love the features and ease of use of the control panel. Great space for a large wash load. Clothes come out clean and spin cycle works well.

The LG front load washer we recently purchased has been to replace our 23 yr old top load Kenmore washer. I like the fact that you can wash larger loads more efficiently and quietly. There are also a lot of extras you can download and use for your wash cycles. I do worry about the mold problem as the rim of the washer stays very wet. We have been trying to wipe it dry after doing the last load, we will see if this helps in the long run. So far I love this washer but then we have only had it for about 1 month.

The LG - 5.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and TurboWash is easy to use and very quiet. The touch screen could be a little easier to use.

The units are beautiful! Noteworthy: It took 3 tries to get us a dryer that wasn't dented. LG doesn't put styrofoam protection on the vertical corners of the units. This may save them money, but we had to wait for 3 dryers to be delivered before we got one that wasn't dented. Best Buy should alert them!
