I am extremely disappointed with customer service as well as new order delivery. Most of my order was not delivered and backloaded without my knowledge I've already paid to have my gas unhooked, and then we hooked when I discovered my dryer was not coming.

I purchased this washing machine on 4/13/2023. It has been leaking for several months. The leak is in the door seal and will cost $700 for repairs. $700 to repair a machine that is 2 1/2 years old. Shame on LG for selling such a poorly made product. I've decided to buy a new machine and it will definitely not be an LG.
Hi, Kath. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG Washer (WM6500HWA) model. We understand how important it is for your appliance to remain reliable, especially with something as critical as the door seal.
One helpful step to reduce or prevent leaks in the meantime is to inspect and clean the door gasket. Detergent residue, lint, or small debris can sometimes prevent a tight seal, leading to water escaping. Wiping the gasket with a soft cloth and a mild vinegar-and-water solution can help maintain the seal and reduce moisture buildup.
