    Not Quiet! Loud on fill, Loud on Tumble ! :(

    I JUST received this washer its SO LOUD when washing FILLING WITH WATER I can hear EVERY TUMBLE. unsure why people think its so quiet? Mines not. LOUD on filling-LOUD when tumbling. ALSO, bought the matching dryer. (AND pedestals are all sold out) unsure of the dryer yet as Best buy forgot to include the "Y" attachment for the dryers STEAM feature PLUS all they carry apparently IN STORE- for dryers is a 4' gas line!! so thats what they sent and i truly needed a 6' line- SO BEWARE and check that all out befor ethe installers arrive that you have purchases everything needed. ASK YOUR SALESPERSON ! (not totally satisfied with this very large purchase) HAD to buy new my 18 year old kenmores were done for.

    When compared to the Electrolux washer it replaced, it can’t even compare. Sadly the Best Buy salesperson said LG was the best brand to go with. I’m glad years ago I did my own research and was happy with Electrolux. The LG’s fit and finish is subpar- worse than some of my child’s cheap toys. There are almost zero options for a cold wash and the matching dryer has too many cycles that are medium to hot only when most clothing states on the label to tumble dry LOW. I am really upset we spent so much money on these appliances.

    I’m sure LG is fantastic but the customer service through Best Buy is terrible. I was ghosted the day of delivery despite a texted time of arrival. No phone call. Nothing. I will never buy anything from Beat Buy again.

    Leaves smell, even though door is open mostly. Also loud as if something keeps falling with a loud thump. We thought it was temporary but I guess it’s just how it is. No matter how you place clothes in the washer…

    A beast who cleans quickly

    I bought this as a replacement for a 10 yr old LG of a similar build, but less capacity. I wanted clothes to be cleanrer, while having the option of larger loads. This machine has been able to handle whatever I give it. I still have yet to use all the different cleaning options (just don't have the need), but the Normal, Heavy Duty, Cold and AI settings have all proved out. 'Normal' makes my wife happy as the time is pretty quick (like 30 min), while the others (in my opinion) really get clothes absolutely clean. I do appreciate the extra support for cold washing. The menu took a little getting used to, but once you understand how to change options, it just becomes second nature. The machine itself runs incredibly quiet, even with big loads. The ThinQ app, which is very busy, will tell you when a load is complete and remind you to take clothes out. Definitely better than having to check all the time.

    cheap product. do not buy. the panel stopped working after 1 year and according to LG its not under warranty... cost of 600$ = technician so $800 repair after 1 year.

    Never Use Best Buy! Terrible Customer Service!!!

    They installed both washer and dryer, crushed/flattened the rear heat vent, broke the water valve inside and outside the house. We paid a $900.00 plumber repair bill to correct it all. No word from Corporate.

    Terrible they delivered a broken missing parts they destroyed my wall and they wouldn't even take my old washing machine out they wouldn't even attempt it they said it wouldn't fit up the stairs cuz it's real tight they made me cut my machine in half and take it out myself terrible

    Shook my entire house. Brand new construction. Had to return three times, first time delivery dropped the dryer and broke it. Couldn’t complete washer install. After 3 washers still have the vibration issue, we have returned and purchased a Samsung top loader instead
