Saves water, electricity, and drying time, but does NOT clean my clothes because it does not use enough water to rinse out dirt and suds.

The delivery guys scratched my new appliances all up on the top of both washer and dryer!

I’ve been really impressed with this washer overall—it’s packed with smart features and makes laundry much more convenient. One of my favorite parts is the mobile app integration. The app is intuitive and reliable, and I love being able to start and monitor loads remotely. It’s especially helpful when I’m multitasking or not at home. The built-in detergent and softener reservoirs are another standout feature. Not having to measure detergent every time is a huge time-saver, and it keeps things consistent from load to load. Performance-wise, the washer does an excellent job. The AI mode is surprisingly effective at adjusting settings automatically, and the Overnight mode is perfect for running quiet cycles without disruption. My only minor complaint is that the door handle feels a bit rough when opening and closing—it’s not a dealbreaker, but it could be smoother for a premium appliance.

I bought the washer dryer set to replace 20 year old LG set (They served us well, but bearings out on the washer and the dryer sounded like it was close to expiring as well) - I almost went with the 4.5 Cu Ft like we had, but the extra room is helpful. Only been installed for a couple weeks and haven't yet run many loads through them but impressed do far.

Love the washing machine, five star. If I had one thing to make better with this machine would be the lint tray. Somehow there still lint gets past the tray. Other than that, love the washing machine!!!

This was an open box sale. Was worried at first but other than a few scratches we've had no problems. Cleans the clothes great.

This washer was selected as a replacement for a failed GE model. It is much quieter and seems to clean the clothes better. We will see how it stands the test of time, but from all the research I have done the LG models last longer than others.

I have had a lot of washers in the past but this one is the best!!!!

I love the many features on this washer that I still. have not tried.I love the appearance of this machine and the fact that everything begins with touch. It is very. futuristic and that is what drawed meto this machine.I also love that I control the ash cycle from the app on my phone. Highly satisfied.Do make sure you read the instructions first prior to using to get optimal benefits.

Very efficient in washing time compared to other model take longer time.

I'm very happy with our new LG washing machine. I love the app that sends me notifications when the wash cycle is complete...and a reminder if I forget to take the clothes out of the washer when the cycle is done. I'm one of those people who forgets to take the laundry out of the washer and often has to re-wash clothes that have been left in there for a day or two. It's very easy to use, and does a great job cleaning - even our King size quilt!

The washer was installed perfectly. It is a wonderful washing machine, economical and environmentally friendly. A very good value.
