LOVE my new washer!! Should’ve purchased sooner! This LG washer replaced a top load, no agitator, that sucked big time!! This washer cleans and gets stains out better than any washer I’ve owned. I love the app that lets me know the cycle is complete. It easily washes king size bedding. I would recommend this washer!

I've never liked doing laundry before, now i look forward to it! This washer is user friendly,I love all the features it has and love that I can "refresh" my clothes if I'm not home and can control it from my phone. Best washer hands down!

It’s been just over a month and so far, so good! Wash cycles (even the normal one, not just the “quick wash”) are much faster than previous washer. Clothes come out looking great. Glad I got the larger capacity- perfect for washing larger items like blankets.

Love this so much. I walked into Best Buy and asked the representative what the best one was. He pointed me to this and said he has it at his own mother’s place, which made it a done deal for me. Couldn’t be happier having bought this.

Spent $3,000 on thanksgiving for brand new washer and dryer combo and ordered directly from LG. All the bells and whistles, install, removal, extended warranty, etc. We were going to be without laundry for 2 weeks but thought it was the right choice and ordered directly from LG instead of Home Depot or Lowe’s.
Worst decision we ever made.
The pedestal for the dryer was on back order for January 19th, so we did two separate orders for the washer + pedestal washer + dryer to be delivered in December 8th and then the dryer pedestal for January.
We received a confirmation email from the delivery company RXO for December 8th. I stayed home from work and waited all day. Finally at 4pm I called the delivery company and asked if they were coming. They stated they had the 3 items in their possession, but put it on a “permanent hold” as we were receiving another order on January 19th and they wouldn’t deliver it until then.
I asked how could they send me a confirmation email for delivery for December 8th, I was guaranteed delivery on the day I ordered for LG, and then just change everything without any form of contacting me?
Regular customer service people, supervisors at both LG and RXO, multiple days, hours on hold, the best they can do is December 22nd and apparently that’s not even guaranteed.
Family of 4 who has been left without laundry for over 2.5 weeks in a new home. Now they want me to go 4+ weeks without delivery and potentially through Christmas with a house full of people??
Local hardware store would’ve had it delivered to us the week after thanksgiving.
I will NEVER buy LG anything ever again. Horrendous customer service, zero help leaving a family in complete disarray during the holidays. Shame on you.

100% recommended! I’ve owned it for a couple weeks now its been a great experience, The App is Awesome as well. A bit pricey but you wont regret buying this washing machine!

Low energy consumption and easy to check the status through the app. A bunch of cycles.
There was an issue to use this machine. I do not know why but every single time use, it trips an 120v-15a GFCI outlet. My previous washer did not have any issue with the outlet. I replaced the outlet to a regular one and it works fine.
