So happy with our new LG front load washer. Great capacity for a king sized blanket, bedspread or duvet. What I like most is the “AI sensing” cycle for most loads as it senses load size, bulkiness, etc., for cycles. Wash time is way less than with my older washer. One word of caution…wipe excess water drops off the rim, inside the rubber casing and insider of door. Also keep front door ajar to dry out. All of these steps will prevent mold. And - be sure to clean the filter at the bottom left of the machine every 2-3 months so it doesn’t clog.

I moved into an apartment that came with a 4.5 cf toploader that was noisey and didnt clean well. I spent out of my own money to buy this and i dont regret it. Clothes come out supee clean and almost dry. Purchasing directly from LG saved me money (nurse discount), and they included delivery, free install, and required parts that best buy charges for. Overvall came out $600 bucks cheaper.

This washing machine is great. Does a good job cleaning clothes. Large capacity accommodates comforters and other large bedding items. AI cycle is quick and efficient. Just have to figure out the detergent. First couple of washes it seemed to auto dispense too much and needed to run a couple extra rinses. Will get back to that after we finish using the pods we were using from the old washer.

We went with LG when we needed a new dryer as our previous set lasted 18 years. The new dryer is awesome! We love the load capacity and not having to fill the detergent and fabric softener every time has been great!

The sleek looks caught my eye, but the quiet operation, the amount of water that is removed at end of wash cycle and how clean the clothes are, are what matters the most. The dryer cycles help get the clothes dry without over heating them and wasting electricity. The delivery guys did an amazing job setting up the washer, dryer and the two stands that we purchased with the units from Best Buy in Ontario, Ohio. They even gave me some helpful tips to help the units last longer and keep them clean. We had to purchase this LG pair after several repairs on a kenmore set and several hundred dollars , and much research of other brands. It wasn't want we expected to do on our honeymoon but we decided to forego a trip to purchase them. Thank you LG and BEST BUY for your help.

This washer has been a great upgrade. The TurboWash 360 gets clothes clean fast, and the steam option helps with stains and freshness. It runs quietly, even with large loads, and the smart features are convenient. Sleek design in white makes it look great stacked with the matching dryer.

This washer replaced an older top loading LG unit that was over a decade old. First thing I noticed was how much LESS water this unit used! Much more efficient with its water usage. Cleans even better and uses less water! This has all of the features you can think of in a washer and does them all well, I really like the LG App and how it lets you customize things like which options are displayed on the front control, custom cycle alert music and seasonal themes. It's large enough for all of our loads and does them quickly and quietly. We still use Pods for detergent, but this has a reservoir to hold up to 36 loads worth of HE detergent if you use liquid. We might switch for the convenience. The detergent, softener and bleach tray is easy to use and works as expected. The ability to customize the preset modes on the fly is great. You can also do some things with the app remotely like add a cycle or change the way it handles the laundry after the cycle is completed. The Steam mode is great when you want that extra heat for sterilizing something. The Delicate cycle is great for those delicate things... It may seem like some modes are missing when you need to do something like just a rinse and spin, but those modes are there but hidden until you make them visible with the app. This washer cleans well and the smart features make it really easy to use. It's extremely quiet and we rarely notice any sort of vibration from it. We've washed just about everything you can think of and all of it was handled beautifully. Note: this unit is very heavy! Much heavier than our old machine.

I can fit bulky loads in one go, which used to take two or three loads before. This is a major time-saver. It is so quiet

Super sleek and beautiful. Definitely next generation design. It’s basically the same machine at the popular WM4200, with more features such as AI DD and software update capability. Salesperson said this model wasn’t popular because customers aren’t used to the turn knob screen, which is basically a Nest thermostat design, but it’s been easy to maneuver really.

Really like the automatic detergent dispenser. Press start and go. This thing spins the heck out the clothes, not much water remains, which is good. You peel your clothes off of the drum. LOL My only concern is whether the government mandated less water use is cleaning my clothes less. It has really short clean cycles compared to my previous washer.

It's efficient and my clothes are cleaner than my top loader. The Ezdispense is very convenient since you can add detergent and forget about it until you need to clean and refill it. Highly recommended if you have the space. The app support is a great addition to get a reminder not to keep your clothes inside the washer, great if you're always busy. The machine is also very quiet even with heavy load.

Great product, easy to use, looks nice and works very well

As a straight washing machine it does a good job. It is somewhat easy to use except for the connecting to Wifi feature. After several attempts to do so I still was unable to connect. Then I thought why do I need to connect to the Wifi it's not like I have a robot doing my laundry. All I want is to wash my things.

Beautiful design and easy to use. Excellent capacity and wide-variety of settings. Most importantly, it cleans everything very well. Wish it had an option for opening from left or right.

I love my new washer so much. The AI sensing function is really cool but it has a lot of other really awesome options to choose from and it’s really nice especially with the pedestal washer. I am in love.
