I love my new washer so much. The AI sensing function is really cool but it has a lot of other really awesome options to choose from and it’s really nice especially with the pedestal washer. I am in love.

Love it! Decent capacity, and quiet. We get relocated for my job, and this is actually our third set of LG washer/dryer. The other two were combo’s that we loved as well.

I absolutely love this washer! It is so easy to use and has a perfect wash cycle for anything you need to clean. Everything that goes in comes out so clean and fresh.

So far so good. It’s way quieter than my previous washer (Samsung). I love the features on it like the AI and the app. Sometimes I’m so busy I forget I have clothes in the washer and my phone notifies me when my load is done. I am able to put a full set of king size sheets and a thin comforter inside with no issues. (I haven’t tried my thick “winter” comforter yet.)

I like it, but its not the best. I think it does a good job of cleaning. It could probably be a little better. Synthetics after a hard work out don't smell as fresh as cotton. And the settings are too picky for me. I like to be able to change them.

Upgrading from a nearly 15 year old unit which was still working well, but starting to show signs of age - decided to roll the dice on the new technology and it has neen a joy. The new units are substantially more efficient, store detergent and such right in the unit (you can configure how much the dispense), and outside of a sort of purring noise during the early cycle are entirely quiet compared to our older units - ESPECIALLY if you catch them on sale.

I have not had this washer very long, but I am pleased with it so far. The standard cycles is just choose and start, when I want to chose an option, that's easy also. It is very quiet. So far, so good!

I am in love with this washer. The reviews on LG washers are excellent so I chose the LG 5 CuFt HE Front Load and am very pleased with this purchase. Besides it's huge capacity, it gets the clothes cleaner and is done in half the time my old GE washer took. I like that it notifies my phone when the cycle is done and then it tells the dryer what cycle to use. I highly recommend this washer.
