Very pleased with this washer and the different features. Very easy to use. The washer uses less water and detergent than our previous washer

Have 10+ years with LG front loads and very happy with brand operation and performance. Even though "it's a washer", read the manual to get a grasp of how and what it can do and how to program detergent dispensing. Life will be better. No negatives to mention.

Not only does this washer look sleek, but its smart technology is out of this world! I love the detergent tank. Instead of me mis-measuring every load, the machine automatically determines the correct amount based on load. It also is super quiet and its smart features are awesome.

I am so happy with this washer. I wanted an LG in 2020 when we built our house, but it was 8+ months out on backorder so I got a Samsung. I was so unhappy with how loud it was since our laundry room is on the second floor. You could only adjust how long the spin cycle was, not the strength. That was the main thing I looked for in a new washer and this one is just amazing. On medium spin, you don't hear a thing. It also washes well (I suppose that's important) and the connectivity through my phone is an added perk. Very happy and now Im waiting for my Samsung dryer to die so I can buy the matching dryer.

Not only is this washer sexy, it also get my clothes clean and fresh. My king size bedding fit perfectly with plenty of space left. The AI feature is a nice and convenient add on!

Bought in March of 2024! Omg so freaking amazing! My 15, 11 and 7 year old can do their own laundry! Love love love the auto dispense no more over using laundry detergent! I can do 10 loads of laundry in one day. And its so quiet!

We absolutely love it and I am so glad we ended up getting it. Runs very smooth and almost noise free. It’s got many features and very modern. I highly recommend it. It’s worth every buck.

Seems to wash fine. I did have something strange happen. At the of the first two loads we found a small piece of sandpaper in the drum that hadn’t been there when we put the clothes in. No, they didn’t come from our house. When I called the LG service line, she was as stumped as I was. As we were talking, I found a small screw loose in the bottom of the rubber door gasket. She advised me to call Best Buy to get a replacement. I did call and they are delivering a new washer next week. I had a Siemens washer for 20 years that never gave me any trouble until an irreplaceable part broke. Unfortunately, Siemens doesn’t sell washers here any more, and the Bosch from loaders they sell are too small for my needs. I am really hoping the new LG washer doesn’t have the same weird issues that this one does.

Overall, the washer has a sleek and simple design. The washer is relatively quiet when running. The biggest benefit to this washer is its ability to send notifications to your mobile device and google home devices when washer has finished its load.

This has been the best washer and dryer purchase I’ve ever done. I totally love how easy it is to use and how pretty it is.

I’ve had the LG 5.0 cu. ft. Smart Front Load Washer for a bit now and it’s been great. It’s super quiet, handles big loads like comforters with no problem, and the TurboWash cycle really cuts down the time while still getting clothes clean. The steam feature is nice for freshening up bedding and workout gear. The only downside is learning all the cycles at first and having to keep the door cracked after use, but overall it’s a solid, high-quality washer that I’d definitely recommend.

Love this washing machine. It’s so easy nobody can tell me they don’t know how to work it and how much detergent to fill in it because it’s already done! I love that the app reminds me when I haven’t removed a completed load because forgetting happens easily in our house! Best Buy did a wonderful job on delivery, set up and removal of old washing machine!

Not only looks good, cleans clothes very well. Best Buy delivery personnel did a great job. Even explained how to operate the washer. Unfortunately my hot water valve broke while it was being tightened. Employee said he may have tried to tighten too much. Advised me that the office would contact me later that day. They did and explained the claim process and someone from Sedgwick would contact me within two days. Shelly did contact me within the two days. Long story short, everyone from the delivery, installation and claims office were so nice. I was able to wash clothes using cold water in the meantime. Thank you to everyone involved. Best Buy offers competitive prices and outstanding service. Best Buy customer for life

Have had this for about a month. This replaced a LG that lasted for close to 15 years. So far washer seems to be fine. I some with an "AI wash" - don't know that it means, but seems to do the trick! BB service was very good.

the washer works very well it cleans the clothes and is very quiet. I would reccomend it to anyone who needs a washer
