I love this smart washer! I was never a fan of front-loaded washers, but this one has changed my mind. I also love the notifications sent to my phone about the load id forgotten about. Lol

After a year of research, I chose this washer and dryer set. I love it! It's quiet, offers many options, and the AI feature is a bonus. The washer and dryer work seamlessly together, and the app makes operation effortless. I highly recommend this model.

Elegant looking. I have both washer and dryer. Set side by side. Nice flat surface to work from. I love that both units have lights inside tubs. Smart feature is convenient. Easy to operate.

Although the delivery service through Best Buy was not the greatest experience, the washer is excellent so I will keep it at a five star.

I love almost everything about my new washer and dryer! You can download new programs—mostly new cycles. I have seventeen and counting! I get notifications of every single thing that happens with the system: today I go a notice that I had a power failure and needed to start the program again. I get notification when the cycle is done. The only thing it doesn’t do is put the clothes in or out-since I purchased the pair I don’t have to worry about adding detergent as this is automatically dispensed to my specifications. I do miss that you don’t have the ability to set the time by minute increments on either the washer or dryer. You only have the option, for example, of drying for 10-20-30 minutes and nothing in between. The washer self-cleans, which in a front-loader is a necessity. I love the fact that both are online and highly interactive with me, the user, as to machine health, ability to download new features, and progress of wash cycles. No longer do I have to guess at when the laundry is done. I am so glad that I made this purchase!

Great product so far we're going to had it for less than a month but they seem to be working very well and Best Buy is a good company.

We have had this unit for a week, it is very quiet and washed clothes quite well. The only issue that was encountered was when paired with the matching pedestal, the mounting equipment does not quite line up. You can make it work, but you must heavily angle the screws to get them to catch. One thing I love thus far is that it can attach to your wifi and you can control it via LGs app for remote cycles.

Terrific machine. Nice large capacity, and cleans very well even as it is quicker than my last washer. Great value when combined with the matching dryer.

Had a previous model from 8 years ago in my previous house. Haven't been able to use a ton yet because this went into new property. Machine runs quiet. The touch screens are a great upgrade to keep the machine looking sleek. Will be interested to test its capacity on queen size items, but all signs point to it being effective.

Only have had a month but notice it cleans better than my last washer. Also, the spin cycle takes out more water out of my clothes which allows them to dry faster.

At first I thought it was a little complicated learning all the features, but so far they have been a great update from what I used to have!
