It gets the clothes clean, has a large capacity, and lots of options. I'm still learning how to use the different settings. The clothes come out clean and it's easy to use, once you learn the various options.

Very nice very large capacity. The family decided they don't like the automatic detergent dispenser. We need to figure out how turn that off. Also all the other features, like wifi, seem unnecessary.

This Washing Machine displayed the best combination of speed and cleaning power, with some of the shortest, most effective cleaning cycles available.
It excels at removing stains in the least amount of time, while still treating fabrics gently. It also offers wide varieties of wash and temperature settings.
It operates quietly, includes a useful interior light, and has a magnetic door prop that helps prevent mildew and manage odor.
This Wi-Fi–enabled model connects to LG’s ThinQ app, which allows us to monitor cycles, receive maintenance alerts, and start the machine remotely, which is awesome.

Received just over a week ago & have done probably about 10 loads of laundry already and is working wonderfully! My previous washer was a top load Whirlpool that last not even 2 years. Switching to LG has been an amazing upgrade compared to my crap Whirlpool that wasn’t much cheaper than this unit. Love the setting options & the ability to connect to the app. to get notifications, recommendations and reminders. I didn’t get the pedestals and let me just say save your back and just buy them lol

Love the capacity and although it’s necessary appliance that doesn’t get much attention, it has a great modern and sleek look to it. Terrific features, although probably won’t use most of them, but it’s nice to have the options.

LG has quickly become a name to be trusted and this washer makes me believe that they are also listening to their customers.
Pros:
- preload soap and fabric softener for up to 18 loads in advance. Just toss in your clothing and hit start.
- fast front load washer with good cleaning operation.
- looks nice, internet-connected and tells you when it's done and reminds you to remove clothing.
Cons:
- relatively pricey.
- cannot preload bleach for whites along with the soap and fabric softener.

The product is great. We had a horrible experience with the delivery and installation of the product and will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again! The 3rd party vendor is terrible...thank goodness Geek Squad eventually got involved and came and did our installation or our new washer and dryer would have sat in our kitchen for over a week!! Worst experience ever!

Machines look great and relative to my old washer is alot quieter. Hooking up to my phone at first seemed like a gimmick, but its really helpful. The machine is slightly larger than standard. Recommend to get all measurements before purchase. The mysic sounds are annoying but was able to turn off. Highly recommended. Little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

load washer easy to use, quiet with a very large load capacity. easy connection via wifi and with alexa. Her app is very intuitive, easy to install on your cell phone. but what impressed us the most was how silent it is

We have had this washer for about a month. I got a great deal on it for black friday, and our original LG went caput after 15 years. This was a great upgrade, I love how it alerts us to when the load is done on the app, saving a trip down to the basement. The washer is QUIET! (not that it matters for us, it is in a basement, after all) The clothes come out super dry and clean. There are so many wash cycles and the app allows the washer to "upgrade" to new features constantly so I can only see it getting better.

i bought this to replace my whirlpool that was less than 2 years old because it kept breaking down and, ive been pleasantly surprised, it cleans clothes very well, its fairly quiet, i have had not a single problem out of it, even with the dog hair from my shepherd, i absolutely love it! i will buy lg again and again after my experience with this washer, they are miles ahead of othe manufacturers in my opinion

I’ve had the LG 5.0 cu. ft. Smart Front Load Washer for a bit now and it’s been great. It’s super quiet, handles big loads like comforters with no problem, and the TurboWash cycle really cuts down the time while still getting clothes clean. The steam feature is nice for freshening up bedding and workout gear. The only downside is learning all the cycles at first and having to keep the door cracked after use, but overall it’s a solid, high-quality washer that I’d definitely recommend.
