As a straight washing machine it does a good job. It is somewhat easy to use except for the connecting to Wifi feature. After several attempts to do so I still was unable to connect. Then I thought why do I need to connect to the Wifi it's not like I have a robot doing my laundry. All I want is to wash my things.

This washer washing fast 35mins a load and quiet, clothes comes out clean no complaint there. Original I bought the 2-in-1 wash and dryer Best Buy unplugged my dryer to install to the 2-in-1 but decided to rerun it snd get just the washer only Best Buy refused to install my dryer back, no even willing to help move the dryer back in its original space which is like 6 ft away. I think it’s not making sense to me,so be aware.

Upgrading from a nearly 15 year old unit which was still working well, but starting to show signs of age - decided to roll the dice on the new technology and it has neen a joy. The new units are substantially more efficient, store detergent and such right in the unit (you can configure how much the dispense), and outside of a sort of purring noise during the early cycle are entirely quiet compared to our older units - ESPECIALLY if you catch them on sale.

I love my new washer so much. The AI sensing function is really cool but it has a lot of other really awesome options to choose from and it’s really nice especially with the pedestal washer. I am in love.

The only thing I would like on this washer is the ability to switch the door opening for ease of transfer to the dryer. Other than that, I love this washer for ease of use and the variety of cycle modes. The ability to clean the machine is something new that will be very useful. The look of the set with the matching dryer is clean and elegant. The laundry seems to come out cleaner than with the 30 year old top loader it replaced. The ThinQ app is a bonus as well.

So far, the washer works great. It has an AI feature that adjusts the washing time based on the weight and materials of the clothes. You can connect your washer to your LG app and navigate it remotely.

This washer is very quiet and surprisingly fast. I love how big it is to accommodate a variety of loads and the downloadable options are plenty. It’s extremely nice not having to load the detergent every time, just throw the clothes in and let it clean your clothes. It was more than I wanted to spend but it has made this part of my life so much easier.

I have not had this washer very long, but I am pleased with it so far. The standard cycles is just choose and start, when I want to chose an option, that's easy also. It is very quiet. So far, so good!

I had an old washer that would take forever to finish large loads. This washer can take nearly two loads compared to the old one and wash in the same time or faster. Works great with the app and helps keep track of when the clothes is finished. Settings are easy to use and modify to needs. The EZ-dispense system is great and helps keep track of how much detergent is used and find out how to make it last longer.
