The washer is great. It is large enough to wash a king size comforter. It operates quitely and cleans everything well.

Great for large comforters. Did not give it a higher rating because even though it is easy to use I am disappointed that speed wash is still 30+ min. My previous washer (not LG) has a speed was of 18 min. The other reason is that the cold water wash is not an option with every wash selection.

This washing machine is exactly what I was looking for. The large capacity is excellent for washing bedding and larger loads. It is easy to use and has lots of different wash settings. My favorite feature is the smart sense that automatically adjusts the amount of water based on the size of the load. An excellent upgrade from my old washer!

We did our research before making this purchase. Consumer Reports listed this washing machine as the most reliable and highest customer satisfaction. It does not disappoint. While you'll find machines with more features, this one gets the job done. It's smart enough to assess the load size and adjust the washing time accordingly, which is nice when you're trying to get through a number of loads.

I bought this sight unseen but based on reviews and friends that have similar machines, it has performed beyond my expectations, it handles large bedding easily, easy to use and is water efficient, I am considering buying an LG dryer as well when my current dryer quits

I love the simple directions of the washing machine. Having the washer control the level of water is really neat, you don't have to change the water level for every wash. Washing big loads of linen is a big plus. Its also a pretty washing machine.

My previous LG washer was 15 years old - still working but dryer went so we purchased both on sale, Sale price drew us to this product as well. Easy to use, very quiet, water level censoring is great.

I'm very please with how this washer operates and cleans all types of clothing. It's large capacity enables me to wash multiple sets of sheets or a couple of queen blankets at the same time

It consumes little energy, consumes little water, an excellent amount of clothes and has the ideal size. excellent product. I like the color and it has a lot of variety for clothes. I would recommend this washing machine to my friends and family

Good holiday price, Helping family members. Available quickly, and outside store pickup was easy. Well packaged to prevent damage while moving. We have had the same machine at our home for a year or two and it has been a very good machine.

Washer has worked as it should. Without agitator it is open and can handle a larger load. Purchased this washer as old agitator washer snagged and tore some clothes and towels. We should not have this problem with this washer. Have not cleaned high soiled items; but, all clothes washed to date are clean and fresh smelling. Happy with purchase.

This LG washer has a large capacity allowing blankets to be washed. Overall performance is great. It also fits well in our existing laundry room space.
