Absolutely beautiful! Works Bette than I imagined it would. With no agitator in the middle my clothes are clean and I no longer have the issue of draw strings or other items being pulled out and stretched out. And I love the little tune that it plays when it's done.

Haven’t had this long but it’s what I was looking for. Easy to use, nice options, quiet, cleans well. I was surprised the waterproof cycle worked exceptionally well on the shower liner! Also the price was right! Would definitely recommend. Note: Best Buy service and set-up team were great as usual.

So far so good. Had the previous model and the direct drive started having problems after 10 years. Not cheap, but no agitator to rip up your stuff. Handles large and small loades without messing with settings.

I love how quiet this washer machine is! I barely can tell it’s running. I bought the model without the agitator in it and you can fit a lot of clothes or do a whole load of bedding! It’s been a great washer so far! There are so many settings too and I love that you can choose the speed of the spin cycle.

This is a larger washing machine which makes it great for bedding and towels. It is quiet and appears to do a very nice job washing my clothes.

Bought this washing machine to replace my old one because it was on sale. It’s easy to use and I’m surprised at how well it cleans my clothes. I didn’t give it a 5 star because it has a sensor for the water and I wish it would fill with more water. Unfortunately not enough water for me

Love this machine. Got on a open box deal. My washer took a turn for the worse and i had to get another one. This washer was a big upgrade from the one that I previously had. Big drum, better technology, and just a better washer. Would highly recommend this to anybody looking to purchase a new washer.

Very pleased with this washer. Absolutely HUGE capacity. Honestly may be too big if only doing laundry for two people but great for families or if you are doing bulky stuff all the time.

I love this washer!!!! I’ve had it a month and can find nothing wrong with it. It’s very quite and it’s the first washer I’ve had that the clothes actually smell clean when they come out of the washer…. And I’ve had many. It’s very simple to operate and I love being able to see what goes on inside tub while it’s washing.

OMG, what a difference!!! Our new washer washed four king size comforters, a load of delicates and my husband’s shirts without a hiccup. No excessive thumping or deep barrel spinning knocking. This is a great, quiet efficient clothes washer!

Absolutely love my new Samsung washer! Best Buy staff did a great job hooking the washer up and taking the old one away. The washer makes no noise and really is not at all complicated to use! I would recommend this to anyone.

i"ve been very pleased with this washer. It is possible to customize the cycle to some extent. I feel my clothes are getting clean with this washer. My only negative so far is that the tub is very deep; it's difficult for me to reach the clothes at the very bottom. I have to use a reacher tool to get small things. I'm only 5'3", so this is an ongoing issue. I realize this is the way to enlarge the tub without changing the size of the footprint, but it must be a consideration for short people like me.

We've been using this washer for a couple of months & have run several loads of all types. We are very happy with the wash quality & noise level. There are many guidelines in the electronic manual to learn how to best use this washer, which are extremely helpful.
