Love this washer Easy to navigate. Clothes clean. Very quiet

This is a great set. Great quality, VERY quiet, washes well. Feels like it will last!!

Works really well, finishes fast and also rinses the clothes really well , it feels dry , it’s a good thing and it’s easier to understand how to use it at firsthand , recommend it!!

i"ve been very pleased with this washer. It is possible to customize the cycle to some extent. I feel my clothes are getting clean with this washer. My only negative so far is that the tub is very deep; it's difficult for me to reach the clothes at the very bottom. I have to use a reacher tool to get small things. I'm only 5'3", so this is an ongoing issue. I realize this is the way to enlarge the tub without changing the size of the footprint, but it must be a consideration for short people like me.

This is a great washing machine. Quiet and works well. Wash comes out clean.

This LG washer has a large capacity allowing blankets to be washed. Overall performance is great. It also fits well in our existing laundry room space.

I love this washer!!!! I’ve had it a month and can find nothing wrong with it. It’s very quite and it’s the first washer I’ve had that the clothes actually smell clean when they come out of the washer…. And I’ve had many. It’s very simple to operate and I love being able to see what goes on inside tub while it’s washing.

So far so good. Had the previous model and the direct drive started having problems after 10 years. Not cheap, but no agitator to rip up your stuff. Handles large and small loades without messing with settings.

I have had a front load washer for many years, but recently decided to go back to a top load. I definitely prefer the top load. A lot more clothes fit, and they are much cleaner. I especially like that I can load it up and set it to wash the next day. I highly recommend this LG washer.

We did our research before making this purchase. Consumer Reports listed this washing machine as the most reliable and highest customer satisfaction. It does not disappoint. While you'll find machines with more features, this one gets the job done. It's smart enough to assess the load size and adjust the washing time accordingly, which is nice when you're trying to get through a number of loads.

OMG, what a difference!!! Our new washer washed four king size comforters, a load of delicates and my husband’s shirts without a hiccup. No excessive thumping or deep barrel spinning knocking. This is a great, quiet efficient clothes washer!

Absolutely love my new Samsung washer! Best Buy staff did a great job hooking the washer up and taking the old one away. The washer makes no noise and really is not at all complicated to use! I would recommend this to anyone.

We decided to purchase this washer model after reviewing various washer in Consumer Reports magazine. it was the highest rated top loading washer according to CR and was recommended with high scores. This LG washer doesn't clean as well as the Kenmore front loader I had for years. The Kenmore cleaned very well but developed an odor and was hard to keep odor free. So, we decided on this LG top loader because we have the matching dryer and it works well. This new washer doesn't clean as well and sometimes leaves spots. We use the washer according to all proper instructions but still have these problems after one month of almost daily washings. We sort the clothes properly, use the correct detergent and temperature and so forth and sometimes need to spray the spots and rewash the same items just cleaned. Also, clothes came out of the previous washer mainly wrinkle free even after a high spin. This new LG has the clothes coming out somewhat to highly wrinkled and cottons are wadded. I like to hang T-shirts to air dry right out of the washer. I did this with the previous washer. But this LG doesn't allow that despite different settings so all clothes have to be put in the dryer and risk possible shrinkage. I remove clothes from the washer immediately upon the load being finished but it doesn't matter. So, this new LG doesn't yet have an odor problem (as many front loading washers eventually do) but it's overall a less convenient and less efficient washer to use. Additionally, the wash cycles take an average of 15 minutes longer to complete than the Kenmore did. I would advise people looking at this model, to look at others, possibly even a Kenmore.

Fantastic value for a reliable washer that can carry large loads.

We've been using this washer for a couple of months & have run several loads of all types. We are very happy with the wash quality & noise level. There are many guidelines in the electronic manual to learn how to best use this washer, which are extremely helpful.

This is a larger washing machine which makes it great for bedding and towels. It is quiet and appears to do a very nice job washing my clothes.
