Efficient, quiet, and handles large loads effortlessly!

This is an excellent product. It does not have the center agitator that spoils clothes, has a stainless drum, quiet and the performance is great

I am really very happy with this washer. I wanted a basic washer to just wash clothes. I didn't need the washer to talk to my phone, This is a large capacity washer that is simple to operate and gets the job done. I had to have some folks out to do some electrical and plumbing work, and when they saw that washer they said I had made a really good choice.

As good - or better- than advertised! We happened to be shopping for a new washer at the same time as another customer who had Consumer Reports open on their phone. The rating on this model was so good that we couldn’t resist buying it. It’s quiet and efficient and easy to use.

Without the agitator, this thing fits a lot. I was concerned it wouldn't get clothes as clean, but it's worked well. It is not as water efficient as is had hoped. I wish it wasn't as automatic as all the new washers are. The time estimates are just that. Sometimes it seems like 1 minutes remaining is more like 10.

Washes well. Quiet. Menu is not easy to understand and booklet is not very helpful. TOO DEEP. I cannot reach the bottom of the tub.

The capacity is enormous for a washer this size. It operates very quietly and has easy to use features. Overall it was an excellent purchase.

This washer is great. The first time i used it i wasnt sure about the less water and no agitator...cause it was bunching and tangling my clothes. But friends said i should put my clothes in around the edge as if there were an agitator to keep from tangling and they aslo said to wash on deep wash..which is not a whole lot of water..probably the same as an old school washer. Anyways..they are no longer tangling and i just love it. Washer is quiet and doesnt vibrate my house. Its great. Recommend this set

Was really hoping to love this machine. The size of the tub is great, however unless it is on the deep cycle, clothes are not submerged in water. It does not seem to handle heavy loads well, and continuously adds more time to complete the wash (on 2 different loads with my son's Carhart work jacket and overalls). Depending on the heaviness of the load, can leave clothes quite wet after the spin cycle. Cloths are very wrinkled upon removing. Some clothes I prefer to hang for drying, and because they are so wrinkled, I need to put the in the dryer for a time before hanging, adding one more step. Seems to get clothes clean, although if washing something with animal hair on it, the clothes come out with wads of hair/lint on them. I just wish I had my old washer back.

We've had the Washer for a month now and it's working well and is easy to use. It's also a lot quieter than our previous machine. The installation was smooth and efficient.

My first ever brand new washer/dryer set! They work like a charm! So easy to use and the large capacity makes it to where i cut laundry time in half! These are great and i would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking to upgrade !

We came to Best Buy, to find a top loader, good size tub washer. We bought our last washer at American TV, over 18 years ago. A whirlpool. The sales associate, Devan Hillshiem was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchasing of a LG. Our delivery of our new washer and the pick up of our old washer went very smooth! I recently had surgery, thus my husband is doing the laundry! We love the size of the tub and how easy it is to operate. We are happy with our purchase!

I love this washer! It's huge tub is perfect for blankets or towels. I'm 5'2 and have to stand on my trippy toes to get clothes out. The extra water feature is a big plus. It does not make noise in spin cycle which is what I was looking for. It washed and rinse the clothes great. Overall great purchase for the money. FYI: I've had washer for a year now.

So far this washing machine has worked out really well. It has a really deep tub and holds a lot of items. It's easy to use and is very quiet. I would definitely recommend, especially if you have large loads of laundry!

This washer and dryer have been a great purchase. We are very hard on our clothes and have a house full of kids and pets. Our clothes and personal items get so much cleaner than they did with our previous washer and dryer. The capacity is great for big loads.
