Easy to use and it's quiet and seems well made. The delivery was on-time and the two young men were polite and worked efficiently. They took our old washer away too.

No agitator to snag/tear towels or clothes.

Without agitator it is open and can handle a larger load. Purchased this washer as old agitator washer snagged and tore some clothes and towels. We should not have this problem with this washer. Have not cleaned high soiled items; but, all clothes washed to date are clean and fresh smelling. Happy with purchase.

Best Washer I've ever owned

With no agitator in the middle my clothes are clean and I no longer have the issue of draw strings or other items being pulled out and stretched out. And I love the little tune that it plays when it's done.

Had the previous model and the direct drive started having problems after 10 years. Not cheap, but no agitator to rip up your stuff. Handles large and small loades without messing with settings.

My other machine broke and it was too costly to repair. The repairman suggested I buy LG. He said they’re so well-made that he hardly works on them. He was right the machine is quiet, efficient, and easy to operate.

I barely can tell it’s running. I bought the model without the agitator in it and you can fit a lot of clothes or do a whole load of bedding! It’s been a great washer so far! There are so many settings too and I love that you can choose the speed of the spin cycle.

Ny new washing machine

It’s easy to use and I’m surprised at how well it cleans my clothes. I didn’t give it a 5 star because it has a sensor for the water and I wish it would fill with more water. Unfortunately not enough water for me

Our new washer washed four king size comforters, a load of delicates and my husband’s shirts without a hiccup. No excessive thumping or deep barrel spinning knocking. This is a great, quiet efficient clothes washer!
