    Washer has worked as it should. Without agitator it is open and can handle a larger load. Purchased this washer as old agitator washer snagged and tore some clothes and towels. We should not have this problem with this washer. Have not cleaned high soiled items; but, all clothes washed to date are clean and fresh smelling. Happy with purchase.

    Replaced the same model, which lasted 10 years. Its only problem was becoming unbalanced frequently, even after having it repaired. This new version of the same LG top loader is a dream. It never becomes unbalanced, even with one item in it. It adjusts the time for the size of the load. It takes large quilts. I was concerned that it uses so little water, but so far my clothes are coming out clean. I really like this washer, use it a lot, and hope it lasts 10 years!

    Haven’t had this long but it’s what I was looking for. Easy to use, nice options, quiet, cleans well. I was surprised the waterproof cycle worked exceptionally well on the shower liner! Also the price was right! Would definitely recommend. Note: Best Buy service and set-up team were great as usual.

    Absolutely beautiful! Works Bette than I imagined it would. With no agitator in the middle my clothes are clean and I no longer have the issue of draw strings or other items being pulled out and stretched out. And I love the little tune that it plays when it's done.

    I love how quiet this washer machine is! I barely can tell it’s running. I bought the model without the agitator in it and you can fit a lot of clothes or do a whole load of bedding! It’s been a great washer so far! There are so many settings too and I love that you can choose the speed of the spin cycle.

    Bought this washing machine to replace my old one because it was on sale. It’s easy to use and I’m surprised at how well it cleans my clothes. I didn’t give it a 5 star because it has a sensor for the water and I wish it would fill with more water. Unfortunately not enough water for me
