I love everything about this washer. After buying the matching dryer first then seeing the set in the store I had to have the set even though our 7 year old washer was still working well. It is quiet, does a great job with the big tub, and it looks great too.

I didn’t realize how deep the inside is— I actually strained my arm trying to get the small clothes in the bottom out. (I’m 5’3” tall). Did not get the agitator which allows more room for bedding. It’s interesting to watch thru the glass top the functionality of little water and a lot of churning. Seems to clean well.

I've only had this washer a couple of months. But to date it's quiet and cleans my clothes. Love the different wash cycle and the glass top. It's roomy, I even washed a queen comforter. Haven't tried a king size yet but have washed my king bed spread.

Love my new washer!! It is quiet and it will hold a king size comforter and when the cycle is over it plays a cute little tune so I know when to put them in the dryer. You just can't ask for more.

I love the simple directions of the washing machine. Having the washer control the level of water is really neat, you don't have to change the water level for every wash. Washing big loads of linen is a big plus. Its also a pretty washing machine.

LOVE this washing machine! It fits my king size bedding perfectly and I don't need to use a lot of detergent. It's fairly quiet and does a great job on my clothes.

the best buy customer service representative took the time to answer all my questions and recommended the LG 5.0 cu ft top load washer. the washer has been great. large enough to clean my quilts and quiet enough to run while the family sleeps. this was a good purchase

This machine replaced a noisy Whirlpool washer. The clothes come out clean and we barely hear it running. Had it for a month and it runs at least once a day in our household. Very happy so far.

I absolutely love my new washing machine!! The drum is deep and it’s so quite you don’t even know it’s on. I wish they would of built a alarm button when the clothes are done but I wouldn’t trade anything on this machine!! I’m so happy I found it

Love this machine. Got on a open box deal. My washer took a turn for the worse and i had to get another one. This washer was a big upgrade from the one that I previously had. Big drum, better technology, and just a better washer. Would highly recommend this to anybody looking to purchase a new washer.

We were replacing a 21 year old agitator washer. I wasn't sure how this new high efficiency model without one would perform but I knew I wanted to be able to put larger items like blankets and comforters in without them getting twisted around the agitator and such, and Consumer Reports really liked the cleaning ability of this model, so we went for it. I'm really pleased with the results. It's surprising how little water it uses for normal loads while getting things really clean. And with the Deep Wash option, you can opt for more water if you want so you have the best of both worlds. But most of the time we just roll with Normal mode. The washer is quiet and clothes come out looking and smelling really great. We couldn't be more pleased. If you're replacing a really old school washer, just go to the website and download the full manual and get familiar with how to use this new school machine (small annoyance that the full manual isn't printed and included) and you'll be fine. We've had it about three months and are just really happy with our choice. It also just feels "high quality" compared to some of the others we looked at. Those just felt flimsy whereas the LG feels like someone built it with a fit and finish that looks like they care about the final product.

Washer is working really well after one month. Love the features - very quiet but I would not drop in your detergent cup for cleaning - that makes it loud. Great features. Very large capacity - could be hard to reach the clothes if you are short in stature or have a bad back!
