Great! Efficient and quiet washing machine. Clothes are washed well.

Washer is working really well after one month. Love the features - very quiet but I would not drop in your detergent cup for cleaning - that makes it loud. Great features. Very large capacity - could be hard to reach the clothes if you are short in stature or have a bad back!

We were replacing a 21 year old agitator washer. I wasn't sure how this new high efficiency model without one would perform but I knew I wanted to be able to put larger items like blankets and comforters in without them getting twisted around the agitator and such, and Consumer Reports really liked the cleaning ability of this model, so we went for it. I'm really pleased with the results. It's surprising how little water it uses for normal loads while getting things really clean. And with the Deep Wash option, you can opt for more water if you want so you have the best of both worlds. But most of the time we just roll with Normal mode. The washer is quiet and clothes come out looking and smelling really great. We couldn't be more pleased. If you're replacing a really old school washer, just go to the website and download the full manual and get familiar with how to use this new school machine (small annoyance that the full manual isn't printed and included) and you'll be fine. We've had it about three months and are just really happy with our choice. It also just feels "high quality" compared to some of the others we looked at. Those just felt flimsy whereas the LG feels like someone built it with a fit and finish that looks like they care about the final product.

Great machine, haven't owned for a long time but is easily handling 6+ loads a day. Operates at a low noise level. The jingle it plays when complete does seem to go on a bit longer than necessary.

Very pleased with this washer. Absolutely HUGE capacity. Honestly may be too big if only doing laundry for two people but great for families or if you are doing bulky stuff all the time.

Cleans well. Large tub, holds lots of clothes and have see through lid.

Love this machine. It's quiet and I have so many different settings to choose from to personalize each load. No complaints so far and I have had it over a month. Definitely an LG fan now.

Large tub capacity and a quiet wash. When it completes and cycle the alert sound is pleasant. I believe the dry time for loads are less probably due to a good spin cycle.

I got this washer to replace mine that ended up crapping out. I absolutely love it. Very quiet and I forget that it's on until the end song rings out. The large drum can hold all of my sheets for one wash.

Amazingly very quite operation we had a direct drive unit before and we loved how well this unit performed and if something went wrong with it anyone could make repairs to it

This has been my favorite washer to date. It works well, holds a lot of clothes, and not having the agitator helps with things getting stuck in the washer.

At this time this washing machine has done a good job cleaning everything that has been washed in it. Plus it runs very quite compaired to our old machine.

Had to replace my 20 year old washing machine. Decided on the LG and have been very happy with the unit so far. The fact that it will do a king size comforter was a must and it handles this task with no issues.
