    Love this washer, large drum enough for a king size comforter, & it’s also very quiet. Cleans my clothes well. I was skeptical in buying a washer without an agitator but glad I did now. Very happy with my choice. ( got the 5.0 cu ft ).

    This is absolutely the best and quietest washer I’ve ever purchased. Best Buy salespeople are the best and NEVER steer you wrong. Last washer was very loud right from the beginning. Thought that was how washers were today. I truly recommend this unit to anyone.

    Good holiday price, Helping family members. Available quickly, and outside store pickup was easy. Well packaged to prevent damage while moving. We have had the same machine at our home for a year or two and it has been a very good machine.

    We had a slightly smaller capacity one of these for ~12 years until the nut that holds the tub to the spindle kept coming loose. No other issues with that one, and this new one is bigger and does a great job.

    I've been happy with the LG so far. It cleans well and has a lot of wash options to choose from. I've read some reviews that talk about rust occurring in their machines. I've had it a couple months now and have followed the manual guidance. To leave lid open for 24 hours after wash to allow the interior to air dry. I also pull out the dispenser to dry, as well. I've had no issues. So far, I would buy another LG washer down the road.

    Great washer, no center agitator meaning I can load it with more product if necessary. Has only become unbalanced once. Chides amount of water based on weight. Love it.
