I've been happy with the LG so far. It cleans well and has a lot of wash options to choose from. I've read some reviews that talk about rust occurring in their machines. I've had it a couple months now and have followed the manual guidance. To leave lid open for 24 hours after wash to allow the interior to air dry. I also pull out the dispenser to dry, as well. I've had no issues. So far, I would buy another LG washer down the road.

Great washer. I'm still getting used to how it works without the agitator. I didn't think that clothes would come out as clean as they do. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I like the washing machine but it is still a little unnerving to see how low the water level is in any load of laundry. (All the online info says that is normal for this type of no-agitator washing machine but it still looks wrong. The clothes do seem to come out very clean so the water level must really be appropriate. The tub basin is huge so I can do larger loads than I used to be able to with my old washer.

I love this machine! Opted for the 5.0 capacity and it was worth it! One load handles so much. Lots of customization buttons, but simple to use.

This machine washes very well while using less water than a traditional top loader. The previous washer I had was 15 years old and was on its last leg. I was surprised to see a shirt that had a stain on it was out after the first wash with this new washer! My old washer couldn't even get it out. Consumer Reports got it right as this machine cleans well. The impeller motions do get your clothes clean even with less water. I was contemplating getting the washer above this model (WT7400CW) to cut down on the wash time (Normal mode) as it literally rinses your clothes during the rinse cycle with a jet spray but this model has it too. LG markets it as turbo wash but this model says it doesn't have it yet it does the same thing. Wash times will vary as preset times go down after it weighs your clothes. I average 40 minutes per wash which is pretty good. I'm docking a star as I'm worried the detergent and softener drawer can accumulate mold and mildew as I sometimes find it full of water, detergent and softener after a wash. I am disappointed to still see soap and softener inside despite water flowing through it. To prevent build up, I take out the drawer after each wash and then I rinse and dry in the kitchen sink. I hope this machine lasts a long time and I can say I recommend purchasing it.

So far, so good. Machine is operating as expected. Quiet, gets clothes clean. No complaints.
