Absolutely love this washer! It is so quiet and I love not having an agitator for clothes to get stuck on.

Build quality seems very good. Control panel seems a little confusing but very easy to get used to with use. Machine seems pretty quiet for the price point, and amazingly efficient with how little water it uses. My only gripe would be the Smart logo on the control panel and it appears this is a non WiFi unit. Manual is for multiple units so it isn’t very helpful.

Going to this from my old agitator washer was a huge upgrade. Saves a ton of water by automatically weighing the load in putting in a proper amount of water accordingly. Also, only having to use a tablespoon or less of HE detergent saves even more money. Also quieter. Everything is just better.

Love this washer. Please know, I live alone so I don’t have a lot of laundry, but it is very quiet and very efficient. Clothes come out very clean. Very happy with this purchase. I also live on a second floor of a townhouse so I needed a quiet machine so the downstairs neighborhood wouldn’t hear anything.

A quiet performer. This washer is a big improvement over our previous model. Much more quiet. And, when the cycle is complete, we hear a pleasing melody rather than a rude , loud buzz.

Installation was efficient, the men were very accommodating and made time so that I could clean muck under the other washer. I've done 'normal' loads and a full comforter, and was pleased with the results. The washer is in a basement room, but is very quiet. The timer starts out high, but in the beginning seconds, the machine estimates the load, and will recalibrate.

To be honest this washer did not disappoint me after almost having it for a year. Still washes my clothes like the first day I got it. Won’t be disappointed if you buy it.

This washer works fine. However, you will need to experiment with the various options to obtain the best ones for your individual needs. For example, if you want to wash permanent press shirts, you will need to use the "Regular" cycle and then adjust the amount of water you will need to use, perhaps additional water. Also, you will want to dry on Permanent Press and then hang them up immediately after drying to try and eliminate as many wrinkles as possible. You may need to try various drying options also.

It does a good job of cleaning my laundry. At least as good and probably better than my old unit. Possibly less damage to the articles being washed as well. Only time will tell about that last statement. Over all I am pleased with it.

How to purchasing this washing machine I’m very happy. I’m getting good spin out and I’m also happy with the balance.

Love this washing machine. I looked at so many and became overwhelmed with choices but ultimately LG had the best overall reviews for durability. This is perfect and I did not need all the bells and whistles with more expensive machines. This washing machine can handle small loads for work clothes and heavy duty bedding just as easily. I made a great choice and highly recommend

Washer works very well for king size bedding. Too many items, all clothes won’t get wet in wash and will have to rewash. Otherwise been good.

We’ve had this washer and dryer now for a little over 1 year. My wife and I have been married for nearly 40 years and with all of the washer/dryers we’ve purchased, this set has been phenomenal!! I recommend it to anyone that appreciates great quality and performance!!

Very large capacity. It is a learning curve using it. Uses a lot less water being a he washer. Work’s good and very quiet
