This washer is great! It’s very quiet while washing clothes and then has a cute song when it finishes. It’s spin cycle dries out the clothes pretty well so it doesn’t take long to dry clothes when you hang them.

Purchased on reviews and Consumer Reports. The machine is OK but doesn't have half the bells and whistles of my old Maytag which cost half the price 15 years ago. I know, inflation and all, but I would like to see a machine with more washing options and a separate place for Oxiclean because I like to use that for my whites. I don't think the machine uses enough water so I use the additional water cycle and the clothes appear to be clean but since I don't wash any children or construction/maintenance worker's clothes, I'm not one to speak about the quality of the wash if clothes are very dirty. One thing that I really don't like is that when you open the machine, you need to make sure to push the top all the way back and hold it there for a minute because it will close quickly on you if it isn't pushed all the way open, and if you are getting the clothes out of the machine, the top will come down with significant force and hit you in the head. (Don't ask how I know!) I'm sure I'll get use to this machine, but I sure do miss my old one.

I absolutely love this washer . Even my 6 year old grandson can use it . I love that i dont have to tell them when the clothes are done because they hear the melody and they say it sound like the ice cream truck. I love my product

Took us awhile to decide on what to purchase finally decided on the lg we love the huge capacity for blankets and comforters . So far we like it the extra water feature is great as there are times you will need to use it overall in the month we've owned it we love the results

I love this machine. It was the top rated top loader in Consumer Reports. It is so technically advanced compared to what we had before. The countdown feature is awesome and it is quiet and easy to use.

I've never purchased a washing machine before, so I'm not super experienced on the subject. But this washing machine has worked out fantastically thus far. My clothes always coming out smelling clean and, surprisingly, unwrinkled. Overall, I'd say this is an awesome product and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quality washing machine.

I love it. No more noise or going off balance that I dealt with for over 5 years with the Maytag Bravos. It is a dream to have a quiet machine that I don't have to turn the tv up when I am doing laundry. LG is so much better than àny machine I have had so far. I hope this one lasts longer than all of my other machines which only last 5 years tops.

Unfortunately i am a little disappointed with this product. I did my reasearch and read reviews, all of which are pretty subjective. LG is a good brand so I was willing to pay a little more than i wanted. This machine definitely has equal pros and cons. Pros: nice size and color. Good size load capacity. I like that it does NOT have an agitator. I know some people prefer one and feel that a machine wont clean as well but for me, this works fine. Cons: although there are plenty of cycle options, i am not content with the choices. Some not really necessary while other are lacking. This must definitely be a "water saver" machine because it barely covers the load, if at all. I have to use the "water plus" option for all my loads, except if its a very small load. I do not wash big loads so to me, this is a big disappointment. It does have the musical chime when its done but it randomely stopped working. This machine also seems to just not work properly at times. Sometimes it will make loud clunking noises. While i have not yet used the service option i purchased, i guarantee i will. I am not very satisfied with this purchase.
