    Very pleased with the delivery, installation and operation of my new washer!! Very quiet cycles, well balanced for heavy loads and clothes come out smelling and looking fresh and clean. Excellent communication by Best Buy about delivery process and schedule.

    Washer was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Easy to set up with excellent instructions. Coming from a front loader is a slight learning curve but the instructions were very helpful. So far, doing a very good job washing clothes.

    I like the way the washer works on a normal basis. there was some confusion about how to take off the control lock when it was accidentally initiated which locked up the whole machine. Very annoying. The manual was not much use in that situation.
