Especially how to load the clothes. I still an not sure about the agitation. I’m use to an agitator, but i can wash a king size comforter now.

Also, our sales person was great and we did not get a model that was one better because we did not need the wireless capability. The machine come with inadequate instructions and the manual is electronic, 64 pages - covering all LG models - and only 16 for our machine. Great capacity and washes well.

The price does fluctuate. saved $150 and bought it between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We love this washer and would never buy a washer with an agitator again. It is easy to use and does a great job.

New way to wash

Not having the agitator in the middle of the tub makes you feel like things are not working are they should. But, I have done several washes now and everything gets clean the proper way...
