I was amazed at the drum size. It is much bigger than the front-loader I had before. It's the best washer I've ever had. Lots of wash options and gets the clothes absolutely spotless! I would recommend this washer to anyone.

It normally uses a small amount of water and detergent but the water level can be adjusted upwards if the load warrants it. The controls could be a little more intuitive and the written instructions are a little vague.

The sensor didn’t kick in and the water overflowed and flooded my laundry room. I got it replaced with a new one, and that hasn’t happened again. But really, the thing should have a fail safe to stop that from happening! I also am not thrilled with how loud the spin cycle is—you can hear it from several rooms away. But the clothes are very clean and it cuts drying time down.

It has a clear top, so you can see what's going on inside. I fills with a good amount of water, to be sure your clothes are really clean. The options include everything I wanted.

I love that it will wash a load in 39 minutes they're clean and wrung free of water making the dry time 20 maybe 30 minutes. Get this washer you won't be sorry. Not to mention the slam free lid.

I wish I had gone a step up with one that had more features. With this one I can’t adjust the load as far as water and when I hit the add water button it makes the total time for one load almost two hours. I just make sure the water covers the clothes before I go upstairs. Anyway it will do as I really needed one and my hubby picked it so I can live with it lol.
