    Purchased this washer after another brand let me down. This washer has been great. It washes clothes in a timely manner and the detergent tray works well. Clothes come out smelling clean

    Very good washing machine that resolved our issues with our last washing machine of excess vibration during spin cycle. Water usage was a consideration due to a septic system. Very pleased

    The delivery was TOTALLY MISERABLE. It took three trips because the crew refused to do some VERY simple unscrewing of the waterlines and also refused to move the dryer to get the new washer in. The washer itself is excellent though it is too tall for me to reach the bottom of the tub to move into the drye. The washer does a good job but it’s too tall for me. The delivery team actually ran away from the job. And it took three deliveries and my cousin unscrewing the water lines. TRULY I would consider NEVER buying another appliance from Best Buy because the promised delivery and pickup was SO SO SO terrible!

    I wanted a washer that could handle a comforter. We'll, it holds a comforter but I haven't found the magic setting that actually gets it clean. I really should have purchased a front loader like I planned on in the first place.
